Another dentist aborted a root canal and sent me away. A massive pain quickly developed so I contacted this surgery and so glad that I did. I am not a good patient but they gave me an emergency appointment, put me at my ease and extracted the molar (when Gary should have been having his lunch break). Absolutely delighted with this dentist, he handled my emergency perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble and the result excellent. I strongly recommend Gary Wu and his surgery.

Big respect to Dr. Vasilis Vasiloudes. Always great with his approach to me (I am not the best patient to work with) and now my children. Started visiting him 25 years ago and always had the best treatment with a smile. Andry a major key person, handled every detail there on the first day I visited Dr V. A huge thank you for all those years to all the people working there, especially for taking care of the teeth, my children and bringing them back to the correct position and giving them the opportunity to smile without any fear of bullying by other kids.

I had a root canal, fillings and cleaning. Dr. Dacles is very nice and professional. He was extremely helpful. The clinic was very comfortable. The assistants were very accommodating and friendly.

I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. It's expensive. But, Very cooperative staff with a good environment.

I had intravenous sedation. I’m an extremely nervous patient and I knew I needed some work on my teeth so I contacted Leagrave Sedation Clinic by email explaining my fear of the dentist. I had the initial consultation and was given a date for my appointment. The anaesthetist was excellent, and put me to sleep, and when I woke, all was done and finished, with no pain at all. I certainly would recommend this dentist If you’re a nervous patient like I was! Very understanding, kind, & compassionate. 10/10.

TMJ assessment- found issues with Jaw alignment. First step is some exercises to try, to determine if this helps and if it is an answer to long term issues I have been experiencing with earache, ear 'fullness', extreme tinnitus, neck pain. Also discovered a previous tooth restoration had been rotting from the inside, so scheduled an immediate follow up to open it clean it and restore it. Extremely happy with the service, and efficiency and full explanations of what was going on, and what to do. Thanks team!!!
