Orthodontist Consultation Croatia

We were on holiday in Croatia when a crown came undone. I looked online to find the dentist with the best reviews close to us and I walked into this clinic. To my surprise, I could be seen straight away. The crown was put back in. Very happy with the quick treatment.

During the covid pandemic I didn’t see a dentist for nearly 3 years, my teeth was in a right mess. When UK dentists did finally open, they didn’t want to take on nhs patients so April 2022 a colleague of mine was in Croatia he suggested I come over and see someone. I googled dentists in Zagreb, Bdent was the first one I liked the look of, read reviews etc. I booked an appointment for an examination and arrived. On the appointment day was very impressed with the clinic, had x ray and then advised I needed couple of extractions, wisdom teeth extracted, root canals, existing fillings replaced with white fillings, an implant on bottom jaw and full top jaw with zirconium teeth (my choice) They booked me in within a couple of days, I had the top man (surgeon) to carry out extractions and the work for the implant I was advised to leave for three months for gums to heal before the work can be carried out. Firstly like to thank Tony for meeting me at the airport and arranging accommodation and picking me up each day and taking me to the surgery. And a really big thank you to Jelena who performed the dental work and Nancica dental nurse. They are really gentle, they put your mind at ease. Jelena really takes pride in her work. Having experienced 1960s UK dentistry where it was the norm to have a full gas mask stretched across my young cherub like face and much slapping of my head from a very scary dentist to wake me up from such innocuous gas it came as no surprise that I made a career out of avoiding such places once I had become an adult. But having run out of excuses as well as teeth I found myself entering a dentist for the first time in 35 years and I couldn't have found a more perfect place. From the pleasant &pre-covid smiles and reassurances of all the staff, I was made to feel quite welcome and comfortable. In hindsight, perhaps my bravity was probably no more than the courage required from the doctor to take his first look into my mouth and see the wreckage that had taken place over the course of the last 35 years. Now, having completed many dental therapies over the last 2 years involving drilling, grinding, removing and filling, capping and crowning I can honestly say that I am so happy that I found Smile Dentist. It is a joy to smile knowing that those in front of me will no longer faint in horror. I couldn't have wished for a more pleasant dental experience I especially recommend a visit from those of a nervous disposition because you will not regret it.
