In 2018 I received full mouth upper and lower dental implants by Dr Shah at Dental serenity. I had no problem with my implants they were wonderful. This year I had an accident and my upper implants were affected. I immediately contacted Dr Shah at Dental serenity and was on my way to India. Due to a flight cancellation, I did not get into India until 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning November 6th at 10:00 a.m. on that same Sunday I was in the chair and she was working on me. I had Zygomatic implants put in my upper jaw. November 13th I was flying home to the USA with all brand new upper and lower and spent less than $10,000 on the entire trip. I am very thankful that Dr Shah and dental Serenity was there for me as I could never afford this treatment in the USA. I recommend Dr Shah to anyone needing quality implants of any kind. Thank you Dr Shah for not only saving me one time but fixing what could have been a disaster and a very expensive situation and for working on a Sunday morning. I now have a friend who is a dentist and a dentist who is a friend they are truly great people and I thank them for being there.

I had an emergency that needed to be treated quickly. The staff and the doctors have been amazing, and they resolved my problem in the best way possible. I just came to Ukraine three days ago from London to see Dr. Duda and his team for a consultation about my top teeth. Dr. Duda made an appointment to see me again on Tuesday 21/12/2021 and again on 24/12/2021 I hope everything will ok. As soon you are at the door you feel welcome. And also the lady in the reception Kate tried her best. Even help me, call for me a taxi and she calls back the taxi man if I am ok and she tells the taxi driver to make sure he should take the right place.

I attend Dr David Buchanan at the practice for both my dental and cosmetic procedures. He is always friendly and welcoming. He is very thorough and I always feel most at ease when having any treatment done.

I got dental filling, crown, root canal treatment from them. They had done all of this greatly. I can absolutely say I got world-class treatment from them. Well here I am, 11 months into my treatment consisting of almost a full mouth of dental implants. I did months of research before I chose this practice, I knew it was a huge undertaking and commitment and I was extremely nervous. I've had easy appointments and I've had more difficult appointments but throughout my treatment I never felt any discomfort or pain. And most importantly I trusted my Doctors. The chairs that I have my treatment in are out of this world! So comfy I've even nodded off during treatment and had to be poked awake! I'm not saying it's fun but it's as good as it can get at this surgery. I will be grateful forever for the wonderful care and expertise I receive here. I'm almost finished treatment, as I write this today, my implants are about to have the first fitting tomorrow and I'm so excited. I've carefully chosen from the options available, with expert advice and after a whole year I will finally have a perfect smile again. I'm 66 now and a smoker so if I can do it, so can you! It's the best decision of my life. I'd like to say a special thank you to Doctor Aziz, who has looked after me so well, he can make you laugh through the whole process, which is a gift in itself. I had a great experience that felt like home not a dental office. Everyone was kind and gentle. The work that they provide for oral operations is the best that I have come across making sure crowns look clean and even as well as keeping the proportions of your teeth aesthetic. Post operation me and my wife are happy with the outcome and would highly recommend! The location is very clean and accommodating and being new to the area (travelled from the United States) we got recommended many places to make our visit welcome! We got work done by Dr. Shkelqim and Dr. Juliana and felt very comfortable. Friendly, accommodating, quality and very time efficient. Had basically a full set of teeth redone in a week's worth of time. 5 star experience!

Excellent results with Invisalign. I am extremely pleased with my results. The reason why I chose Dental on the Banks is that the Invisalign treatment at this practice is done by 2 specialist orthodontists as opposed to general dentists, so I knew going in that my results would be great. By doing further research I found out that they also teach many of the local dentists as well as other orthodontists in the area so I knew at Dental on the Banks I will be in safe hands. My treatment was efficient and quick and they worked together with other specialists in the practice to set me up for some bonding after the Invisalign was done. I have also recommended some friends to come here. If you are looking for a place where you are treated by the best of the best when it comes to Invisalign, this is the clinic for you.
