I was very happy with the treatment I received at ASV, they offered to pick us up from our hotel which was very useful, and were very receptive to what I wanted to be done to my teeth. The staff are all extremely friendly and the clinic was very nice and clean with a beautiful garden area - I can't recommend them enough.

She communicated every step in English and helped me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I felt her recommendations were in my best interest and not profit-driven. They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling. It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays. I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it. Experience - check. Wisdom - check. But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.

In 2018 I received full mouth upper and lower dental implants by Dr Shah at Dental serenity. I had no problem with my implants they were wonderful. This year I had an accident and my upper implants were affected. I immediately contacted Dr Shah at Dental serenity and was on my way to India. Due to a flight cancellation, I did not get into India until 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning November 6th at 10:00 a.m. on that same Sunday I was in the chair and she was working on me. I had Zygomatic implants put in my upper jaw. November 13th I was flying home to the USA with all brand new upper and lower and spent less than $10,000 on the entire trip. I am very thankful that Dr Shah and dental Serenity was there for me as I could never afford this treatment in the USA. I recommend Dr Shah to anyone needing quality implants of any kind. Thank you Dr Shah for not only saving me one time but fixing what could have been a disaster and a very expensive situation and for working on a Sunday morning. I now have a friend who is a dentist and a dentist who is a friend they are truly great people and I thank them for being there.

Thank you for a very good and professional treatment. As an international student here in Phnom Penh, I usually go back home to my country for dentist treatment. The Corona situation makes It much difficult to make it back home so I decided to give it a shot at Roomchang. From the first second, all the employees were very nice and described to me in detail how the treatment will be applied, how much it will cost and how the possibilities will be in the future. I am halfway through the treatment and I understand that they take care of their customers and want to make it as professional as possible. While on vacation in Florence I broke a filling. I sent a request to another dentist last night and I hadn’t received a response this morning. I was leaving for Rome today and did a search for an emergency dentist near me in Rome, Dr. Fabio Maltese responded immediately and we set up an appointment for Monday afternoon.
