From my first inquiring email right to the day, I left Los Algodones the staff at Alberta Dental were friendly and professional. I needed a bridge that I had been putting off until I wasn’t so cash strapped or a truck full of money crashed into my house - neither seemed to be on the horizon. A neighbour told me about Alberta Dental, and I won’t lie about being a little hesitant. The more than $3,000 savings got me over that. And that allowed me to get a higher quality zirconia bridge. Grisel was my point of contact, and what a gem! She greeted me right at the border entrance and escorted me to the clinic just a few 100 ft. The check-in was a breeze, well organized and the staff was attentive to my comfort. Very short wait time before I was in the chair. The equipment is modern and as up-to-date as the dental clinics around here. There’s nothing good that can be said about the prep work that goes into the bridge - it’s an awful time. But Dr Allen was intuitive of any pain I was having a would take a break to check on me. When the bridge was completed by the lab he was not happy with the shade of it and called to have them redo the colouring. Just so attentive to the details. I would definitely go there again should I need other dental work. Thank you all at Alberta Dental!

The entire experience was fantastic. From the lady on reception who was friendly & welcoming to Dr Mehmet. He was very professional explaining everything from start to finish. Services superb. All interventions, from implants to different corrections were done by the highest professional standards. I was not an easy patient, but Dr Bassim and his staff did everything possible to make it in the best possible way. He managed to calm me down and helped me deal with my fears. In this long term process, each stage was explained properly so I am indeed very grateful for all the work done.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent, professional care I received at Magic Tooth Dental Center. All the staff were very helpful, knew their duties, and executed them well. There was also a very nice relationship between the staff. An added bonus was that it was super clean. I had not been to a dentist during COVID so had a full set of x-rays and a cleaning. The staff clearly knew what they were doing and I have every confidence the care I received was top notch. The price was a bargain. I was also impressed that the staff did not try to sell me more than I needed.

Easy, quick, competent and personable. I had an exam, an ultrasonic cleaning and had a damaged filling replaced. I sent an email on Monday, they called me within an hour and set an appointment for the next afternoon. It was an easy walk from the border crossing. Great experience.

I continued my treatment today with Dr. Diego Rosales. He is perfectly organised and efficient. You never ever wait longer than a few minutes in the waiting room. Everything is perfectly organised. His English is far better than mine! Highly recommend. He is an amazing clinician that deserves much praise. .Thank you again so much Dr. Rosales!

Ilan was incredibly informative when addressing my concerns over dental care, and provided very thorough and clear steps on how to proceed with different Invisalign options. I would feel very confident and comfortable consulting with him again for future treatments.

Dr Mario is awesome! He educates, take care of his clients, and executes flawlessly. He is a true specialist and craftsman and does phenomenal work! I just finished my work with him and I have to say he did AMAZING! He is a MASTER at what he does in dentistry! He goes above and beyond and yet takes the time to make you feel comfortable and consistently asks questions to ensure you are on the same page as him! I received 12 crowns in total, plus gum surgery, and deep cleaning with him. All of which were done flawlessly! Thanks Dr. Mario for everything!

My 14-year-old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Juan and he did an amazing job. She was put solely on local anesthesia during the surgical procedure but Dr. Juan worked fast yet gentle enough for a young person to tolerate the procedure without sedation. He and Dr. Karen as well as their staff are very nice and friendly. Dr Karen also kept in touch via WhatsApp to monitor how my daughter was recovering. When we had some doubts, Dr. Juan did not hesitate to send a 2-minute voice recording on WhatsApp for very clear instructions. Their clinic provides a positive, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dental service provider.

While on vacation in Florence I broke a filling. I sent a request to another dentist last night and I hadn’t received a response this morning. I was leaving for Rome today and did a search for an emergency dentist near me in Rome, Dr. Fabio Maltese responded immediately and we set up an appointment for Monday afternoon.

Even though I live in Texas I have traveled several times over quite a few years to this Dental Clinic. I consider Dr. Monica Sheddon an outstanding Dentist and have always gotten superb treatment. This has involved many types of procedures, including, extractions, Crowns, cleaning and implants.

I went to this clinic to get 6 wisdom teeth removed. I was born with 8, which is extremely unusual, and very few clinics will do this, so I wanted to go to a specialist. I decided to go for the IV sedation route, which was 400,000 won extra. First of all, Dr Seo is extremely kind. I have had dental anxiety all of my life, and he made the process extremely straightforward. He was very transparent and was directly in contact. (Unusual for a Doctor, but very welcomed by me). I was on some other medication at the time, and we couldn't go ahead until I had withdrawn from the medication, so he puts safety first. On the actual day of extraction, there was a lot of paperwork. But he was extremely thorough about my options. He was also very transparent about pricing. To be honest, the conscious sedation part of the procedure didn't really work on me. But it is up front on the paperwork that it doesn't work on about 20% of people. But, still, he took his time to explain everything: pre, during and post procedure. The removal site is healing well, and he did a great job. So, I highly recommend Dr Seo!

I was recommended in my home country to undertake an all-in-six treatment. I happened to discuss the recommendation with a friend (Thomas S) who undertook this same treatment with Smart Dental in Andalusia a few months back. I would say that I am a conservative person and that I wouldn't instinctively do dental work abroad. I must admit I was very curious by my friend's feedback. I looked a few other clinics in Benalmadena. I'm not sure why I did this. I think I was naturally attracted by fancy deals and low prices. I had calls with a few clinics and was pressured to make quick decisions, that the deals wouldn't last, that I would lose all my teeth etc.. I just started losing confidence and trust, especially as I wasn't keen on doing dental abroad. My wife inquired on my behalf to gather initial information on the procedure steps and scheduled a call with the clinic director and surgeon. I must say that I had an excellent first impression. Mrs. diana, Mrs. Carmen and Dr. Felix clearly explained all the steps in details and what to expect. I was particularly impressed by how supportive, comforting and understanding the team was.so we decided to head to Spain... I still took the opportunity in Benalmadena to shop around for other dental clinics (again..not sure why). To be honest, I wasn't that impressed with the other local clinics, but it was still good to inquire and kept an open mind. I went ahead with my appointment to Smart Dental. The clinic is modern and clean. The team was organised, welcoming and very attentive in all my appointments. What was particularly interesting is that Smart Dental was the ONLY clinic offering warranty on the surgery, whereas other clinics that I checked only provided warranty on the implants. The clinic team was very clear and transparent at the cost structure, the procedure and material used which made me feel at ease. Understanding how "too good to be true offers" was an eye opener to me and my wife. Dr Felix was extremely professional. The process was completed without any delays or complications. I cannot tell you how happy I am. The only downside I guess what I had difficulty parking and made nervous about being late for my appointments, but on the other hand parking is always challenging. I had two sets of impacted wisdom teeth removed and Dr Mei Chong was fantastic. Smooth, efficient, considerate and minimal discomfort despite one tooth more complicated and needed cutting. No discernible swelling after and I could eat normally the next day. Highly recommend. Leigh Oppers also, as an excellent dental hygienist.
