I took my grandson for braces. He has had 2 sessions. The dentist treating him seems very professional attentive and very caring for my grandson. He is the owner of the dental facility. I apologize don’t recall his name. So far we are both happy he is working really fast and efficiently with my grandson. Okay Dr. name is Ceasar Ruiz.

They picked us up and brought us to the clinic... The dentist's office was very clean and modern. They did the braces the same day...Very accommodating...

I had only a few days left in Costa Rica but wanted to get a couple of replacement mouth guards. I used the WhatClinic site and found that Prisma Dental had good reviews and was located nearby. This was my first trip to Mexico for dental work. I was a little apprehensive not knowing the procedures of crossing the border. Turns out it was really easy, drive to the border, turn right into parking lot on Texas side. $2 to park and another $1 fee to walk into Mexico (.30 cents for return) Dentist office was a short walk away. Upon my initial exam, I was asked why I wanted a root canal when a filling would suffice the problem.....at the advise of my tech. I choose the $60 filling over the root canal, post, crown route my local dentist advised... The procedure went well with no issues. Very happy with the services received. I had been wanting a tooth implant for a while and was really hesitant to go to Mexico. After much discussion with my husband, I decided to go. Much to my surprise, it was not as difficult as I thought. We were there with Dr Ramos early one morning, had a 3D x-ray done a few blocks away and confirmed that I was a candidate for the implant. It took about 40 minutes for the whole procedure. I have gone for a 2 week follow up for removal of stitches and will return in 4 months for the abutment and after that crown. Very happy so far.

This is an excellent dentist. I am always anxious at a dentist, and they were very kind and patient with me. I saw the hygienist and she was excellent, I really liked that the lead dentist was consulted. They also completed an x-ray for me and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them for check-ups and teeth cleaning. Thank you, guys!

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Easy, quick, competent and personable. I had an exam, an ultrasonic cleaning and had a damaged filling replaced. I sent an email on Monday, they called me within an hour and set an appointment for the next afternoon. It was an easy walk from the border crossing. Great experience.

My appointment was completed satisfactorily on time and professionally. The Clinic was spotless. The staff, from the receptionist and dental nurse, and doctor, were exceptional. I could not speak more highly of them, and the procedure was value for money, like about a fifth of what I could expect to pay in NZ.

I have been attending Dr/Mr. Popovic for the last 6+ years having been highly recommended by my husband’s colleague in London. Since my first visit over 6 years ago I have had root canal treatment, extractions, crowns, implants and apical treatment carried out at this pristine, state of the art surgery; and honestly with little pain or discomfort. The team were always HONEST, very helpful, friendly and professional, and they organised transport to and from the airport and accommodation if I needed it. As for Mr. Popovic; his care, attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. He always gave ample time to discuss the options, costs and options for treatment and there was never a hint of upselling at any time. Apart from the cost being a fraction of UK prices, I would trust him and the team 100%. Also I love Belgrade! Thank you, thank you

This clinic is excellent. I have experience with visiting dentists in many countries. The office was conveniently located a very short walk from the pedestrian border crossing and a staff member met me to show me the way. From the first phone call to walking out the door after my first visit, I was treated with kindness and respect. All of the staff were pleasant, helpful and bilingual. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Chavez was thoughtful, honest, and clear in his explanations for my treatment plan taking the time to make sure I understood the procedures and the pros and cons. The office and treatment rooms were immaculate utilizing the most modern equipment and the doctor and staff followed strict hygiene protocols. I had minor procedures, a cleaning, filling and diagnostic x-rays, and will follow up with more extensive procedures. TIP: If you are walking across the border and have global entry/ SENTRI, don’t forget your card. Walking back is a little tricky. I finally asked someone who looked like they knew. Stay to the left of the main line and continue to walk to the border gates. The locals expect this and most importantly there are NO signs to guide you. Border crossings are all a little different and that’s how it’s done at Nogales.
