I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a seamless journey from the airport to the hotel and to the clinic. The whole process went exceptionally smoothly, thanks to an amazing team who really went above and beyond. The level of helpfulness and friendliness of the team was remarkable. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. I was at the clinic for a dental implant (single stage) and I must say that the doctors demonstrated a high level of competence. Their expertise and professionalism was evident throughout the procedure. I am really pleased with the overall experience and positive outcome of the dental implant. I went to Rumo Dental for all 6 permanent implant dentures upper and lower, their driver picked me up at the airport, took me to my motel, to and from all appointments and back to the airport when finished. Dr Cesar Ruiz did all the extractions and implants and It was done with nearly no pain, Im at home now in Washington state and went to my dentist to see how I'm healing and he told me Im doing great and all 12 implants are looking good. I was very sceptical about going to Mexico to do this work but because of the care Dr Ruiz gave me, I am so happy I did. Can't wait to go back down for the final part in a few months.

Services superb. All interventions, from implants to different corrections were done by the highest professional standards. I was not an easy patient, but Dr Bassim and his staff did everything possible to make it in the best possible way. He managed to calm me down and helped me deal with my fears. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I continued my treatment today with Dr. Diego Rosales. He is perfectly organised and efficient. You never ever wait longer than a few minutes in the waiting room. Everything is perfectly organised. His English is far better than mine! Highly recommend. He is an amazing clinician that deserves much praise. .Thank you again so much Dr. Rosales!

Dr. Shah is very professional and made me feel very comfortable during all of the procedures. She explained in advance what she was about to do any and explained if there was going to be any pain or other discomfort. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received from Dr. Shah and would highly recommend her to anyone who needed dental work especially if they were looking for dental tourism since in addition to her professional competency her services were very reasonably priced. "I am so thankful for the excellent care I have been given at Dental Design Studio in Cancun. I traveled from Chicago to get treatment because the cost of treatment was about 30% of the prices I found in Chicago. The doctors and staff are experts in their field, have impressive credentials, and are completely patient and compassionate. The anesthesiologist was excellent as well. The office staff pretty much held my hand through arranging travel. The office employs a driver who provided transportation from the airport to my hotel and back, and also provided transportation to and from every appointment here. He saw me from my hotel into the office each time which made me feel very safe and was much appreciated, especially after I had anesthesia. I was also provided transportation to a pharmacy and given assistance with making sure I could buy the right medications I needed. Dental Design Studio has gone above and beyond to take good care of me and I am grateful for each person who works there. If you are looking for affordable, top-notch dental care, do not hesitate to contact them. In the future, I will be making sure my relatives and friends consider this excellent alternative to the much more expensive dental care in my area.

5 star - I have named her the Queen of Saigon she was amazing with me picked me up from my hotel, cooked me lunch (it was amazing) ,took me out to dinner. Was also the best met her husband and kids. So accommodating. I forgot apple the dog he was cool. Can't recommend her enough if you are Australian go here the best treatment ever.

I am very happy with my results, he is very professional and kind, he explain every step in detail, and the team he has is very good and at all times they gave me the assistance I needed. In addition, I stayed in his apartment and the experience was excellent, a few minutes from the clinic, cozy, clean and in an exclusive area of Santo Domingo with 24 hour security.
