Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I could not recommend Dr Durukan and he’s team enough. I had previously been to another country for a rhinoplasty and I did not have the best experience, so I was anxious about going abroad for surgery again but this time I had such an amazing experience. Dr Durukan was so amazing he listened to everything I wanted and was available for me 24/7 for any questions I had. I was amazed by how many contacts I had with him. He is so friendly and approachable and I could tell he really cares for he’s patients. Nehir and Teoman are amazing they were in contact with me every day and came to my hotel, they were always on time and were so friendly and helped me with everything I needed. The hospital was spotless the staff are so lovely and professional. I am very impressed with my result and I highly recommend Dr Durukan and he’s team. I will be returning.

I can only say good things about Cosmetocity. From arrival at airport, transfer to hotel, hospital stay till the day we left, we were attended with professionalism and care. All the nurses in OZM hospital were like angels and even the cleaners were polite and friendly, not to mention how clean they keep the hospital- it was spotless!
