Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I've been seeing Dr Benson for many years and trust her implicitly in her skills and advice on what to do but also what not to do. Her work with muscle relaxing injections for the forehead and fillers is always subtle but effective and I don't look like I've had work done but get compliments all the time. Also, HIFU and peels have produced long-term benefits. Highly recommend it as a safe pair of hands.

I went to IM gender clinic in December to undergo chest masculinization as a transmasculine person.I was guided through the process by the wonderful Aida, who as an international patient (from the UK) was so helpful in making sure all my questions were answered and I was at ease going into the surgery. My surgeon was Dr Labanca who treated me with great professionalism, compassion and expertise throughout. I was very grateful for the detailed discussion we had around the outcomes of different approaches, eventually opting for a double incision with free nipple grafts. This high quality of care ran throughout, with excellent pre-operative counselling, world-class surgery, and continued post-operative care. The facilities are phenomenal and every member of staff made me feel well looked after - even the food is good. He is still here for me, very patient and consistent, he always explains everything to me. He is a great support in this journey. I always have prompt answers to everything. thank you very much. I went to the clinic 2 weeks ago to have 6 largish moles removed. They have been the bugbear of my life. The staff there were very friendly and explained what needed to be done. Though the price was at the high end of what I was promised, they took 2 more off me and were very good at keeping me informed after the procedure. I had the stitches off last Friday and can certainly see some good results but clearly will take a bit longer.

I Googled a dermatologist that deals with removal of skin tags. I chose Dr Pattichis as she had good reviews & had a kind face. The clinic contacted me the very next day & within 2 days I got an appointment for a consultation. I attended my consultation which was easy to find with easy parking & to my delight Dr Pattichis was able to remove on the same day several skin tags around my armpits & some moles. The whole experience was done with professionalism from the receptionist Sofia, Youlia the clinic manager & of course Dr Pattichis herself. The clinic was clean & modern with refreshments & delicious snacks at reception. I would definitely recommend & return if needs be.
