Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

This clinic is in the town centre on Hagley Road. It’s located in one of the better areas in Birmingham and they’ve got an actual doctor performing the surgeries. Dr. Holloran was so professional and gave me an immediate appointment for my non-surgical nose job and jaw and cheek fillers. I think she’s fantastic and I’ve recommended her to all of my friends. Everything (reception, coffee and bathroom facilities) was really nice. Dr. Holloran was sincere and thorough; she wasn’t trying to cut corners or anything and really listened to what I wanted. She tries to give you the exact look you’re hoping for. She gave me sound advice and the follow-up was even better. I’m really happy with the results.

In my opinion writing a review is as important as choosing your surgeon in the first place. By reading what has already been written one can make an informed decision as to whether the surgeon you are interested in will meet your individual needs. However, it is so much more than that; well at least for me it was. I was drawn to Dr Karantonis by what I considered to be a very kind and approachable appearance. I had read review after review of his and several other surgeons but I kept coming back to his clinic. Then after I had made my initial enquiry I was absolutely delighted by the fact that within 15 minutes he had called me back to discuss my needs; again I was struck by his calm intonation and eloquence. On meeting Dr Karantonis for the first time I knew instinctively that I had made the right decision because looking past the wonderful reviews and happy clients I felt this was a man who was not only ethical, professional and honest; informing me of what may or may not be possible, a fact I had to trust him on; but a very kind and humble man too and I knew he would do his upmost for whomever the patient was in front of him. I felt completely at ease and very grateful for this. Just a few days post surgery, a surgery that turned out to be far more involved than anyone would have wished for I am grateful to be under his care and feel very positive for my future. I have always had the ultimate trust in Julie and had various treatments over the years at her clinic, including anti wrinkle injections and Profhilo. Stupidly I spontaneously had filler at another place, completely not thought through and after I’d had my nails done! I regretted it immediately. I ended up with the ‘joker’ smile, I absolutely hated it. I couldn’t look in the mirror. I felt very foolish when I told Julie however she was very understanding. She explained that the filler had been injected into areas incorrectly which then stopped natural movement and meant I had the joker smile and sort of chipmunk cheeks! I hated it. I had the filler removed with such care from Julie and her colleague. They carefully checked where the filler was before injecting to dissolve it. I was extremely happy with the results and, as usual, Julie’s professionalism.

I’ve had bbl, breast lift, jaw contouring, under-eye filler, wrinkle treatment and butt augmentation with filler after weight loss. Am I forgetting something?
