Hello everyone I just want to share my experience with Catchlife. I had a gastric sleeve on 2nd August. From my first contact with them they were professional and accommodating. The coordinators were excellent, answering all of my questions completely and putting my mind at rest. Once in the hospital the pre operative tests went smoothly. After the final test of an endoscopy I was asked if I still wanted to proceed. The surgery went smoothly and the coordinator was on hand for any needs that I had. The associate professor who did the procedure visited me a few times to check on me. I 100% recommend Catchlife for your bariatric needs. I was given dietitian paperwork to bring home as well as blood reports.

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr. Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived in Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel, which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel. Then, straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in detail what to expect with an amazing turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill. we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, I was very calm, which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me. I felt very, very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery. I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr. Ulas, Rabia, and the team. I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. It was truly an amazing experience here under the care of Dr. Safa and the staff. I cannot thank enough of how pleased I am with the result. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. I was quite hesitant to travel to Turkey for my gastric sleeve surgery. I had excellent care from every one of the teams at health direct the time I arrived. I had a fantastic day with my host, Ezgi, and I had a very early meeting with my surgeon. He was really cheerful, which made me feel at ease. Every day he came to see how I was doing. I advise everyone to visit the health direct if they are getting a gastric sleeve.
