Where do I even start… from the first time I reached out to Vanity they have been 10/10. Initially got in touch with them via WhatsApp to discuss what I wanted to be done, I wanted to emphasize and bring attention to how my pre-opp patient coordinator EMEL, was a HEAVEN SENT!! She was so helpful and super friendly, we spoke for quite some time and she made the entire process so smooth, if it wasn’t for her calm and kind nature I probably wouldn’t be writing this review right now, so a BIG thank you to Emel!!! Another special thank you to Fatih the post opp coordinator, who really went above and beyond for me, on surgery day he was there helping me with all my paperwork and preparing me for surgery, I came out and he was there again to ensure that I was ok and if I needed anything at all, I am 4 weeks post opp and he still reaches out to check in and ensure all questions I need are answered!! I am from Australia, so flying out 24 hours across the world to have surgery was a very big deal. I am now 4 weeks post op and I couldn’t be happier with my results!! My surgeon was dr safaa, he was absolutely amazing, he was so straight forward and truthful about what he could achieve and he absolutely exceeded my expectations! I had rhinoplasty, breast reduction with a lift & some liposuction done, & I can definitely can say I will go back to him if I have any other surgeries I want to do in the future - BEST! The hospital was SOOO clean, the nurses were so lovely and everyone there was so friendly!! I can’t recommend vanity enough!!!!!! They were absolutely great from start to finish, look no further and book them now!!! :)

I chose this doctor as my brother had gone here previously and loved his results! Although,I had asthma and was a little worried about this but after meeting the doctor and the team I was feeling better as I knew I was in safe hands! The surgery went perfect and I had 24/7 aftercare in the hospital which was amazing! The team is also great and very helpful and are always available.

I was visiting Antalya and decided to book a hair transplant with Catch Life Aesthetic after seeing their great reviews on What Clinic. I was contacted over WhatsApp by one of their senior coordinators, Tunahan (more on him later). Tunahan was very professional, amicable and prompt in explaining the process to me and what was required from me. He also put me in touch with a doctor via video call (he translated the whole conversation) to answer my questions and put me at ease. A treatment plan was drawn up, and I found that the price quoted for the whole service was excellent value. Catch Life accommodated my (long!) transfers to and from the hospitals with a great driver. I was met at the hospital by Tunahan, who essentially looked after me from that first moment and all the way throughout the procedure and aftercare appointment. Given that he was who I had been communicating with this whole time, it made for a very reassuring welcome and showed continued support. The procedure was explained in great detail to me beforehand so I felt fully briefed. In all honesty, I found the actual experience thorough, comprehensive, long, uncomfortable, painful at times, but ultimately worthwhile. I didn't have a single doubt about the professionalism or positivity of the whole medical team, which was incredible after they were working on me until after 10pm. By the end, the team told me that the transplant looked great. I was given medication, instructions, hair bonnet and neck pillow. I had started to feel a lot better by the next morning and the discomfort I had endured was already fading quickly into the past. I had a followup aftercare appointment a few days later. Again Tunahan was there to guide me through it all and translate for everyone, and he also records the whole hair washing routine to be able to send it to you afterwards. I want to be honest in my review and mention that I did encounter some issues during my time in Antalya. None were deal breakers, but they were as follows: - My treatment date was changed in the week leading up to my flight due to a public holiday affecting the doctor's schedules. - Late notice of the next day's pickup times due to late confirmation from doctors (this is not Catch Life's fault of course). - Very long day with wasted time on my treatment day. - An experience described as painless was often painful and uncomfortable throughout for me personally. Final thoughts: -Tunahan is a *superstar* and an absolute asset to Catch Life Aesthetic. Without him, I'm not sure I would have even gone ahead with the treatment and I wouldn't be giving this 5 stars. With him, it turned what was a challenging experience for me into a great 5-star one with no regrets. His communication is exemplary. He is incredibly personable, informative, supportive, kind and conscientious. It doesn't seem like he ever sleeps and he is always on hand to offer assistance! He was there with me every step of the way. The hospital sang his praises too. And I spoke to other patients who weren't as lucky as I was. I really appreciated that was given everything I needed without question, from transfers to aftercare to medication to props. This really felt like an all-inclusive service with no sense of skimping or any hint of trying to upsell or anything like that. I was bowled over by the sincere positivity of everyone involved ranging from Tunahan of Catch Life, to the consultant doctor and her whole team. They must carry out procedures like this thousands of times a year, every year and yet they still manage to extract joy from the experience. It really was refreshing.

I would definitely recommend the Clinic Centre based on my recent surgery that was arranged through the company. I have written a few reviews (and I never really write reviews) purely to convey how positive my experience was, particularly as I was very apprehensive beforehand. I had a breast augmentation and uplift with Dr. Hakan Gündoğan and am thrilled with the results (I provided a separate very positive Google review in relation to my surgeon (which unfortunately was removed without explanation by Google!?!)). I was very nervous prior to the surgery but felt instantly reassured following my consultation with Dr. Hakan. He had already formulated a plan for my surgery, which coincided with exactly what I had hoped to achieve. The results speak for themselves, and I am absolutely delighted! The Clinic Centre ensured that the entire process ran smoothly. They were on hand to provide assistance from the first point of initial contact, throughout my time in Istanbul, and continuing post-surgery following my return to the UK. All transportation was arranged, including airport transfers and for journeys relative to the surgery and subsequent hospital appointments. I was assigned various chaperones (who also acted as translators) throughout my stay. This was crucial, as while my surgeon spoke very good English, most of the hospital staff and nurses spoke little to no English. The hotel that I stayed in as part of my trip (Volley Hotel) was basic but served its purpose, and I had no complaints. Overall, I had a great experience with the Clinic Centre. The company provides fantastic value for money, good customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

On 11/29/23 Dr. Mehmed Ali Korkmaz had an operation... and what can I say... Just happy... I flew to Turkey without knowing exactly what I was getting myself into. I wanted to have the silicone implant out of my breast and have it tightened. The contact with Julia was perfect from the start. No question was too much for her and she was always there for you. That was the first reason why I flew. Shuttle service, hotel, support, and hospital couldn't have been better. Dr. Korkmaz himself was simply amazing. A patient, sensitive doctor who explained everything very well without any prompting and who didn't have questions too many. I still have swelling - it hasn't even been a week yet - it's getting better every day and I'm super happy. If something comes up again, I no longer have the question of where to have it done. I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I also had a hair transplant. Dr. Cinik was amazing as always, great work and fantastic staff. I'm completing 7 days after that and I'm happy with the result so far. I flew all the way from Cornwall, United Kingdom to have my Surgery with Dr Ulaş Bali and I am so glad I did. I booked in to have an extended tummy tuck with liposuction and BBL. Everything has been more than I had ever expected and I would do it all over again. Dr Ulaş explained to me exactly what he thought was best for me and we agreed what was to be done during a consultation. I flew over with a lot of excess skin from past pregnancies and I flew back with a flatter stomach than I can ever remember having before. I couldn't wish for better. I feel confident and free. Whatever I like wearing, I just put it on without thinking about the appearance of my boobs. No more droopy boobs but perky ones. This is the thing for a woman who would do for herself. By the virtue of Milano, it was performed. I wouldn't have ventured into such surgery if I hadn't been aware of the doctors in this clinic. I did Bella Eyes, Trinity Lift and Bone Shaping, which was the best decision. I am so happy with my results and wake up every morning without make-up with fresh eyes. I'm also glad I chose Dr Ufuk decided, through Instagram, that I travelled from Germany to Istanbul and would only go to him at any time. He has magical hands and knows 100% what suits your face and is necessary. Everything worked smoothly, the communication as well as the process. I can't fault anything. I never thought I would dare to have an operation abroad but with Dr. Ufuk makes everything worth it. Any time. My result after 1 year is beautiful and there are no scars. You just really need a lot of patience after the operation because at first, you look over-corrected but that goes away and after 6-8 weeks you can do everything normally again. The whole team also including Dr Ufuk is so friendly and humane, you are definitely in very good hands there.

At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️
