Die Klinik war sehr kompetent eingerichtet man wurde uber alles informiert die Operation wurden erklärt nach der Operation wurde ich in ein Zimmer im Krankenhaus gebracht die Versorgung war sehr gut die Krankenschwestern haben sich Zeit und Mūhe gegeben damit man sich als Patient gut aufgehoben fühlt. Nach Rūcksprache mit Herrn Doktor konnte ich mit Medikamenten zurück ins Hotel ich hatte zur jeder Zeit einen Berater den ich per WhatsApp anschreiben konnte in Deutscher Sprache nach ein paar Tagen war nach Kontrolle in der Klinik es wurde alles erklärt und die Silikonschiene entfernt Arzt war dabei und mein Berater wegen Übersetzen. Man kann dieses Krankenhaus nur weiterempfehlen Fazit Klinik modern eingerichtet Arzt sehr Kompetent Krankenschwestern und Personal sehr Freundlich Transfer hat gut geklappt Man hat sich als Patient sehr Gut aufgehoben gefühlt Hotelzimmer hātte bisschen moderner sein können das Hotel bietet nur Frühstück an aber auch da war das Personal nett

I had combined surgery on the 28.02.23 with Dr Görkem, from the moment I arrived I was picked up by a driver and when arriving at the hospital two staff Yunes & Enes looked after me. Had my bloods taken and a medical check, then Dr came in the morning to discuss my desired outcome. I feel that he listened to me and surgery went well. I was then taken back to my hotel which was very modern and any queries I had to do with my post op surgery were answered very quickly on what’s app. I will be going back for other facial surgeries with Dr Görkem. The warmth you feel from staff does make a difference to your medical journey. Your outcome is listened to and understood here!!!!

I had a rhinoplasty surgery almost 2 years ago. I am really pleased with my results. I had a pleasing experience with Dr Görkem Atsal and his team. Dr Görkem Atsal is so friendly, gentle and caring.

I had 3 implants done at the clinic. It was performed by Firat and his team. I was worried about having the procedure. Everything was explained to me step by step. I did not have any pain and I was cared for throughout. All the staff were caring, polite and helpful.

I went to Onep to do my 2nd rhinoplasty (revision), septoplasty, with upper blepharoplasty and temporal face lift endoscopic. Now that i am 1 months post op, i can say that my nose is so much better, i can breathe without any problem (it was one of my major issue, with the deviation of my septum..) AND i finally got a sexy nose, very natural ! No fake, not to upturned ! They were amazing, so kind and sympathetic with me, I didn't expect them to be so professional, and they were above all my expectations. Thank you ! I also did my temporal lifting and upper blepharoplasty, the change is insane, i look so much more awake. I highly recommend them.

My experience at the clinic was great. Dr Ferhat and his assistant have a lot of patience for their patients. I had ffs done and I had a lot of questions and worries after the surgery and the doctor would take the time to videocall me to make sure I was alright and that I had nothing to worry about. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend going to him.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I’ve spent a long time researching different clinics for my surgery. I’ve seen a lot of positive reviews so I thought I’ll give it a go and I’m so happy I did. I’ve never had a better experience I would recommend them to anyone. The survey day was a stressful day for me and from the minute I got there they made me feel so comfortable and safe. One of the nurses even held my hand throughout my surgery and it’s something so little but it really makes a difference. Every consultation/conversation with them was effortless, professional and informative. I’m so happy with the surgery results they really changed my life and I am very grateful so thank you to the team and especially Dr Shailesh Vadodaria for taking care of me. I decided at the age of 50 to have breast implants and was recommended Mr Awf Quaba who specialised in this field. My operation took place at the Murrayfield Spire and I was well looked after before and after my operation. Unfortunately, 4 years on I was getting breast implant illness symptoms, I was in a lot of discomfort in the breast area, had hair thinning, anxiety, ocular migraine headaches and development an autoimmune disease which had to be treated by Prednisolone. After reading about BII I decided in 2021 to see Mr Quaba once again to get his advice. I must say he was very understanding and told me the pros and cons of getting a full capsulectomy which removes the implants and capsules surrounding them. In October 2021 I was booked into the Shawfair Spire Hospital and Mr Quaba performed by full capsulectomy which was very successful. 6 months down the line I am feeling so much better with no breast pain, hair has got thicker and no ocular migraine headaches. I am also down to 2mg of steriods and my neck and shoulder pain has almost gone with my scars hardly visible. I can honestly say Mr Quaba has looked after me so well and I would highly recommend anyone who is considering explant surgery to seek advice from such a professional. These are not cheap procedures but all in all it was well worth the money to get my health back!

I recently immigrated to Portugal and after much research, I was happy to have found Dr Julio Matias to do my breast augmentation. This was after an unsuccessful explant I had done 4 months ago back home. Dr Matias was extremely professional and explained in much detail what he would do to give me the desired look and size I wanted. What impressed me the most was that he listened to my actual needs and desires and offered the best possible medical solution. Throughout the process from the first consultation to post-operation, I was looked after by his case manager Sandra. It was wonderful to have a person I could chat to any time of the day about any concerns prior and post-operation. What an amazing team. I would highly recommend Dr Matias.

Travel from Norway, they were so helpful. The service was excellent. Followed up with everything and checked in all the time. Got new meds, when the first did not work. Got them from apotec for me and everything. You Just order the flight and they fix the rest. Picked me up from airport and back.

Honestly from all levels nothing but professionalism and care. The admin staff were lovely the nurses were sweet the Drs were considerate. And even when things didn't go perfectly to plan the staff and team were beyond helpful in rectifying everything. Would absolutely return for any further surgery.

I am a tourist and found Dr Gilis while searching the internet. His staff responded immediately to my inquiry about an appointment and spoke English. The clinic is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Riga and is very easy to find. The staff is professional, efficient, and kind. Dr Gilis is great! He is knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I felt quite comfortable with him and with the staff, and knew I was in good hands the minute I entered the clinic. The charge for services was very reasonable which was a big plus in my book! I give the clinic a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10!

Good customer service. Easy to find for foreigners and not too expensive! I had a checkup, cavity fill with a local anesthetic, and an x-ray, all under an hour.

I've had the most pleasant experience and results as a client of the clinic. Extraordinary caring and friendly people, and my doctor was just amazingly skilled. I would never consider any other clinic or doctor again; the results were perfect, downtime and pain minimal even under local anesthesia, and altogether better than I could have ever hoped for.

Excellent communication with the office. Dr. listened to me carefully and did not try to advise me into anything I was not ready for.
