I’ve had a wonderful experience. Tolunay made me feel relaxed throughout explained everything fully and made me feel completely at ease with the surgery and what was going on at all times. As soon as I had my consultation with Dr Mehmet Bekir Sen I felt at ease with my surgery, I was fully informed about everything that was going to happen and felt like he understood exactly what I wanted and said I was in safe hands. Overall very surprised with the level of professionalism with the experience. I was put in a group chat with multiple people who I can reach out to and stay in touch with during the process. The doctor was beyond friendly and made me feel confident that he knew what he was doing with my face. The whole team was very welcoming and very prompt in responding to messages. From the personal drivers to the assistants, everyone was a pleasure to work with. Glad I picked this doctor and I recommend him and his team!

Everything were well organised including the transport. Batuhan was my international patient coordinator and he is very kind and caring. While I was staying at the hotel, he would come nearly every day and made sure I was doing alright. There were 2 lovely ladies (I am sorry I forgot their names) interpreted for me and accompanied me in and out all the hospital appointments. On the day of the surgery, both of them stayed with me all day until I woke up from the surgery. I really do appreciated them. My plastic surgeon is very informative and approachable. I am happy with the result.

Not only was my consultation so easy to make, the process of pre surgery, leading up to surgery, post surgery and now 4 months post surgery, I can confidently say you will not regret choosing Cevre Hospital as your choice for your surgeon. I don’t have 1 bad thing to say about my experience, I had a RN on call at all times I could call or text before and after my surgery. Constant support and an abundant amount of communication are what you’ll get. 10/10 choose Dr Ali Cem and his team for your surgery experience you will not be disappointed!

I am so happy that I chose to have West to perform my breast reduction. This is my second breast reduction (the first was with another surgeon) and even with the extra scar tissue to deal with, the results are even better than the first time. My surgeon is kind patient and laid back. She is confident in what she does and for good reason! In the waiting room, the only things you see and hear are happy employees and patients moving about the office. I would highly recommend West for any procedure they provide! The other thing I loved to see in some of her patients’ post-op photos online is that she performs breast reductions not only for thin people but also for people of size, which is so uncommon in this field! Such a nice feeling to know that they treat patients for what they have come in for and not something they haven’t, without any opinion or bias. Lovely experience!

Ich habe mich für AYT Clinic entschieden, da ich mich sofort verstanden gefühlt habe. Die Kommunikation vor der OP war mehr als perfekt, dass hat die Entscheidung für die Schlauchmagen OP noch mehr verstärkt. Am Flughafen angekommen, wurde ich sofort vom einen Teil des Teams abgeholt und direkt in die Klinik gefahren, da haben wir auch sofort die ersten Voruntersuchungen gemacht. Am nächsten Tag war auch gleich die OP, das Team von AYT Clinic, die Ärzte sowie die Krankenschwestern waren unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Ich bin mehr als froh und überglücklich dass ich die AYT Clinic gewählt habe!

I had a lip reduction surgery done by Dr. Görkem Atsal 2 weeks ago. Firstly, I must say the customer service was amazing. All the staff were kind and amazing. They welcomed me well, made me feel comfortable, and always provided support for me. I stayed in a really good hotel, and they provided transport for me. It was a really great experience, and the surgery site seems to be healing well.

My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr. Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived in Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel, which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel. Then, straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in detail what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill. we had half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, I was very calm, which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me. I felt very, very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery. I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr. Ulas, Rabia, and the team. I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. 3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. Especially he listens to details carefully, because some doctors mention only his expectations. I am doing it for myself not for someone. I suggest everyone. Amazing experience!

Before I decided to have a labioplasty operation with Ebru Unal I researched a lot of cosmetic gynecologists in Turkey. However, no one looked as professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and caring as Ebru Unal so I decided to have the operation with her. She was a bit pricy in comparison (2500 euro) but I am very glad I decided to continue with her. I am so happy with all the process from start to end. She asked for pictures every day and guided me and comforted me whenever I feel overwhelmed. She is a very responsible doctor with great attention to detail. Also, a perfectionist which is great for the patient. And my labia looks amazing. Definitely recommended.

I was have treatment for skin tightening, they do amazing results. It's different 4 cm of my hand sculpted tightening and the staff is very professional. I was so comfortable having treatment with and the doctor responds very quickly. I'm very happy.

I was meeting with many clinics and it was very difficult to choose, but thanks to my assistant's quick response to all my questions and our online meeting with the surgeon, I decided to choose this clinic. I can only say good things about Cosmetocity. From arrival at airport, transfer to hotel, hospital stay till the day we left, we were attended with professionalism and care. I must admit I was petrified especially because I planned to do it alone and knew nobody in my family stand by me travelling to another country to get a gastric sleeve. In fact, I even kept it a secret from my husband until I took the final decision of going with Cosmetocity, because I knew it would be extremely hard to convince him. If you look at my stomach 1 month post op, you would never imagine I had a gastric sleeve. He is not only a warm-hearted doctor but also extremely professional and greatly skilled. He did a perfect procedure, especially taking into account he found an umbilical hernia that complicated the procedure, but everything went perfect. All the nurses in OZM hospital were like angels and even the cleaners were polite and friendly, not to mention how clean they keep the hospital- it was spotless! All in all, if any of you are thinking of going with Cosmetocity, don't hesitate!

Tired of my large breasts. Was informed of procedure, pre and post op care in great written detail. Post op was uneventful and experienced a burning sensation as informed so was not surprised. All my questions were answered with clarity, I only wish I had done it sooner. Needless to say I am very happy with my results. Would highly recommend.
