I chose this clinic aa the reviews were amazing 5 star, and the price meant I could get both procedures for the f price of one in the UK. The treatment at the hospital by the surgeon( Dr Ermen) and the nurses was amazing and I could not fault ( I had a BA and facelift). The hospital facilities are also amazing and spotless. But it wasn't all smooth sailing . As I travelled on my own, it may have made me more nervous but initially, there were issues, and I did think I'd made a mistake when I first got there. When I arrived there was miscommunication between the sales team and my patient coordinator who wasn't available. The consultation hadn't been planned properly as my surgeon was going into surgery for another patient. Then on the day of surgery the transport was an hour and a half late to pick me up. But having said that, the hospital was great, and I'm healing well and happy with my results so far.

I am amazed at the level of this hospital, everyone takes care of you and answers all your questions, I have never seen a hospital of this level. I'm 22 and I've never had surgery, I was very scared of everything to come, but everyone was predisposed. The doctor is amazing, I completely trusted him with my nose and he did a great job, it's nice that he cares about the patients, and how they feel. His assistants were also amazing and answered all my questions, congratulations and thanks.

Breast Augmentation, Brazilian Butt Lift is superb. My surgery and recovery were relatively painless. My aftercare has been great with laser treatments over my scars at no charge.

I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I also had a hair transplant. Dr. Cinik was amazing as always, great work and fantastic staff. I'm completing 7 days after that and I'm happy with the result so far. I recently had several procedures with Dr. Gorkem Atsal and his team and I could not be more pleased, both with my results and with the service and experience. From first contact, Sia, my patient coordinator was extremely responsive and thorough when answering any of my questions. He continued to be as supportive before, during and after my procedure. Dr. Atsal allowed for as much time as I wanted during my FaceTime consultation as well as in person. I felt like I had the chance to talk about exactly what my desired results were and his conversation in return was very detailed in what I could expect and in confirming he understood what I was looking for. After the procedure I was very stressed as with any procedure there can be lots of swelling and your features can appear distorted. Dr. Atsal and his team never got frustrated with me and were very reassuring, kind and patient. Dr.Atsal told me the swelling would continue to go down and to send him photos every 3 days with my progress. I didn’t end up having to do that as by the time I landed back in Canada the swelling continued to subside and I could tell how amazing of a job he had done already. I had a very difficult rhinoplasty for him to complete and I am blown away at what he was able to do. On top of that my initial Rhinoplasty had caused me breathing issues and I could not breathe at all out of one nostril. Dr. Atsal not only made My nose looks amazing but I can finally breathe again. I already have one of my friends who booked with him immediately after seeing my results because she was so impressed. The team has continued to check in on me since I have returned home and if I ever get anything else done, I will be going to Dr. Arsal.

Last year I had a mommy makeover with Dr Tummy Tuck, BBL, Breast Reduction. Next year I am planning to come for face surgeries. He said at the same time it's too many surgeries. I sent 3 of my family members. I trust 100%

I had Mommy Makeover on 3/8/22 with Surgero. I am a mom of two grown children and at 49 years old I wanted to do something special for myself after all these years. I had a 100 lb weight loss that I’ve kept off for the past 5 years which left loose hanging skin around my abdomen & breast area. I loved him and have recommended her to several of my colleagues, family and friends. I am now scheduling for a Brazilian butt lift with him for spring of 2023. I got the nano steam cell facial treatment, eyebrow lift and laser because I was concerned about the redness on my face and the veins. It was definitely good value for money. This clinic is simply the best they all went above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone is so nice, friendly and welcoming. The hygiene is superb and so clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was listened to and I am more than happy with my results. Even the after care is amazing after you have your treatment they don't just leave you you have follow ups to make sure everything is fine. I will always use this clinic from now on. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. Professional Team &Great Doctor. Health Direct team is really a very professional and caring team. Before my first meeting with my doctor, I was a little nervous, but my doctor Hakan Aydogan listened to my wishes and concerns and my coordinator Naz translated and explained everything as it was. Hakan Aydogan successfully performed my breast augmentation and liposuction operations. It's now 2 weeks post operation and I still have oedema but I'm sure the results will be better than I expected. I can say that it is a team that I can recommend to everyone. Thanks!
