I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Derya Bingöl’s clinic! The doctor was extremely professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire experience. I felt confident in Doctor’s abilities and appreciated the way she and her staff took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Additionally, the office staff was equally caring and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being, especially post-surgery. In addition, the clinic handled all arrangements, starting with airport pick-up, hotel recommendations, booking the hospital and the operating room. What could have been very stressful, turned into a pleasant experience. I was especially impressed with how the staff handled a complication that arose after my procedure. I experienced swinging jumps in blood pressure and the staff immediately took action, taking me to see a cardiologist, and neurologist, and getting an MRI of my brain as a precautionary measure. They made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process, which took 10 days, and I was grateful for their quick thinking and exceptional care. Overall, I would highly recommend this doctor and clinic to anyone in need of high-end cosmetic surgery. The doctor performed face surgery on 3 areas and I am very pleased with the results.

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. It was like a dream from my arrival to the airport until my departure. Everything was perfect, taxis, hotels, food, the clinic, the team: all amazing! I have no other words!

I had an arm lift, and breast lift with implants 12 days ago with Dr Aydin, Arif. Surgery went well and I am recovering slowly, the hospital was clean staff and nurses were fantastic. The doctor gave honest advice as I wanted a tummy tuck also but he refused as he said I wouldn’t be able to get myself out of bed, something which I hadn’t considered. Will be back for my tummy when I’ve saved up again.

Absolutely fantastic doctor and team. I flew to Turkey in May 2022 for rhinoplasty. I was going by myself and extremely anxious however Dr. Durukan and his team couldn’t have made me feel more at ease. I was met at the Airport by Teoman who is the nicest man, he drove me to my hotel and checked me in. The following morning he collected me to go to the hospital. I met with Dr Durukan and my translator, Nehir who was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable. After the surgery Nehir stayed with me until late that night and then was back first thing in the morning. All the nurses in the hospital were very attentive and did regular checks on me throughout the night. The day after surgery Nehir came back to the hotel with me and explained all medication I needed to take over the next few days. I went back to Dr Durukan and he removed the tampons from my nose and stitches. Then on the last day he removed the cast and renewed the bandages. I got a shock seeing my nose for the first time as it was extremely swollen and looked bigger than my original nose. I was told it takes a full year for the nose to heal and the swelling will decrease each week. I am only less than 8 weeks since my surgery and the swelling has almost completely gone. I can notice the difference looking back on photos since then just how much it has gone down in size and start to see just how perfect it is. It was the best decision of my life getting rhinoplasty with Dr. Durukan, I feel so much more confident in myself now and it’s so freeing to not have a huge insecurity shadowing over me anymore. OK, First let's start with the person I was booking with. (Jasmine) very friendly and helpful with my questions and didn't mind me asking questions from start to finish. Second the girls that drove me to appointments and looked after me, (Ilayda and Derya). I don't have the words to express my gratitude, everything big and small, from a hand on my shoulder when they started with the needles, to the chats about anything and everything, and even putting me on wifi as soon as I met them so I could call home, they are awesome and I hope I see them again. And third, my doctor, Doctor Rehber Marsil was a nice guy and very reassuring and a genuinely good man. Talked me through the full procedure and let me know he was there for any questions I might have. If I have anything done in the future I will 100% go back to Maxxclinic, they have put a very good team together, and I think they know how to find the best people for the jobs. I'm home now and would like to thank you all for helping me with this big life decision.

I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

Where do I start with new me health? Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I visited New Me Health to have a gastric sleeve from the UK. Before I visited I was dealing with Dr. Mani who was very reassuring and very informative. 2 of my sisters and my dad had previously been for surgery with the new me and all had fantastic treatment. When I arrived in Turkey our personal driver was waiting to take us to the hospital so no waiting around. Arrived at the hospital and began my pre-op. I have never had so many checks which I found really reassuring they check absolutely everything. The coordinator took you from check to check then once all was good and given the go-ahead I was due to have surgery the next day. The coordinator then advised a restaurant for us to eat at and took us there again a lovely gesture. The nurses and staff were fantastic following surgery supporting you with pain relief checking wounds etc the surgeons and dietitians were coming in and checking at all times talking me through everything. The dietian Irmak was fantastic! Her knowledge and explanation of things made me feel so at ease and gave me a great understanding of how I needed to move forward following surgery. You leave with a huge bag of vitamins and bits and bobs that you need so no need to rush to buy anything. This surgery is a lot different to most in Turkey others that just want your money, the new me health is the total opposite and made me feel like they genuinely cared about me. If you are thinking about the gastric sleeve surgery but are hesitant then I really would recommend New Me Health Clinic, I am now 13 weeks post-op and 4 stone down which is more than I can ever imagine and that was without a Liver reduction diet before. For my first surgery, I went on my own and was well looked after by Tolga who had me a smoothie waiting after surgery he even helped me to drink it and made sure I was eating protein-rich foods to aid my recovery. Everything I needed was given to me and all I had to do was book and get on my flight! The surgeon I had was Dr Mustafa and I could tell he cared about me and recommended what was best for me.
