From the moment I first made contact with Miss İman Ali through WhatsApp recommended by a friend, the whole process was straight forward and easy. I arrived at Istanbul airport and had received clear instructions of where to go to be collected by the driver and taken to the hotel. I was greeted the next morning by my translator at the hotel reception who took me to the clinic, he explained everything clearly and talked me through the process. The doctors and staff at the clinic were also really great and made sure that I was always comfortable through the entire time I was having the procedure done. The after care has also been excellent. Miss İman Ali has been in regular contact checking out that I am doing ok and everything is going good. Overall I’ve had a great experience at Golden Med Hair from start to finish and think it has been excellent value for money. The doctors, as well as the clinic director, were always giving best advises, taking a lot of time to explain everything to me, and answer all sort of question, even when I was not decided whether should I go on with the interventions. I never had the feeling that they wanted to sell me something. On the contrary, they were very honest and clearly told me what works and whatnot. The overall results are far better than I dreamed. I am very satisfied. High-quality services, the doctors are very skilful, they are very professional and I could fell I was coming first as a client. So highly recommend this clinic.
