I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well. Er erklärte mir die verschiedenen Behandlungsoptionen ausführlich und half mir bei der Auswahl der besten Option für meine Bedürfnisse. Während der Behandlung fühlte ich mich stets wohl und gut betreut. Der Zahnarzt arbeitete sehr präzise und sorgfältig, was zu ausgezeichneten Ergebnissen führte.

I would definitely recommend this clinic from start to finish my experience was great from booking the initial appointment from UK to attending the appointment I was not disappointed. Had my teeth cleaned and scaled and zoom whitening prices were great and Dr Nassef sorted out my dropped tooth from a fall while I was there which was making me feel so unconfident. The team is great. I would definitely recommend and I would like to say a big thank u to a great team.

Had a crown fall out and the clinic helped me to put it back in place. I need to get some additional dental work done and will stay with Greenfield Dental for sure. These people are very professional, and treatment rooms and X-rays are top-of-the-line. It’s a pleasant experience actually which is very unusual for going to the dentist!

I went to this clinic to have my teeth cleaned. Originally I wanted a tooth filled, but it was too far gone to save it. Having this work done was definitely worth the money. I paid about half or a third of the price it would have cost me in Canada. I’m very happy with the service and results. The clinic was fairly good. I’m back in Canada now, but I’ll definitely consider having treatment with Ideal Dental again. It’s difficult to say what the best part of a dentist visit is (I mean, you’re essentially paying someone for pain). However, the staff were great. Everyone was so happy and friendly. The technician who spoke English well, translated for me when I didn’t understand. It’s kind of a community clinic that's a fairly long taxi ride from any of the main centres in Mexico. I thought they were three blocks from the main centre, but they were actually miles away.

I went for Scaling and Polish... The experience was a lot smoother than I thought and my teeth are transformed. I will recommend it to my friend

Amazing dentist! I tried 3 dentists here and all were absolutely rubbish. I wanted a dentist that I could trust and couldn’t find one in Chania. I’m lucky to discover Dr. Vasilis through a friend referral. He has been the most patient and thoughtful doctor from day one. I had a toothache for 3 months and only needed was a crown adjusted and all previous dentists suggested root canal treatment or extraction . Dr Vasilis was very kind, attentive, conversational, and smart. I spoils not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a simple check up or major work.

Recently revisited Dr. Alina in Denta Care for gum surgery (apicoectomy) and a crown and as with my previous visit. What a great experience, the infection cleared and fully healed. Many thanks to her and her team for such professional work and care. Thanks also to Dr. Nicolai. Will be back in the near future for check-ups.
