Had a crown done on one of my front teeth and it was perfect. The girls were very professional, cheerful, and friendly. All at very good price especially compared to prices in Australia. Great work guys and I'd definitely recommend this place for any dental work you want. 5 stars.

THE MOST PROFESSIONAL DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN MY 51 YEARS OF LIFE!!!!!!! David was my first contact before flying to Cancun and he was by my side from then until just a few minutes ago...a month after I returned home. He was always available for questions and immediately tended to any concerns I had. He made all of this super easy to navigate. He also made sure I was aware of EVERYTHING that was going on and made the entire process easy. So easy that I felt a bit spoiled during the process. I thought maybe I was special, but soon realized everyone was being treated the same. He was an absolute professional and has always had my best interest in mind. Carlo was my driver and made sure I was always on time. He had great recommendations for local food and shopping. He was a super nice guy and very helpful. Lizzete and Fernada were my front desk customer service reps and schedulers. Both were extremely sweet and kept my appointments scheduled properly so I wasn't sitting around waiting in the lobby. They always had a smile on their faces and made me feel at home the minute I walked in the door. They also kept my bill straight and NEVER was there an issue with billing. What I was quoted before I arrived in Cancun is what I paid. It was actually, a few bucks less. Being upsold on things was one of my big concerns, but that never happened. Billing was straight forward, honest and fair and YES, I saved a ton of money over my local Florida dentists. THOUSANDS!!!!!!! Now.....about my dentist and her assistant. THE BEST DENTIST ON EARTH BY FAR!!!! No doubt and no questions.....THE BEST!!!! I think God had something to do with making sure I ended up in the dental chair of Dr. Maria Blanco and her assistant Vianey. I'm a huge coward when it comes to dental work and have always had major anxiety with dental work. For me, I needed a lot of work done and truly dreaded the idea of having to get it done. They made me incredibly comfortable and it truly was the best dental experience I have ever had in my 51 years on earth. I, like so many others I read about online, was concerned about going to Mexico for dental work instead of getting it done in Florida by an American dentist......but for anyone reading this review, DON'T BE!!! The technology at Dental Design was far superior to the stuff my local dentist had. The offices were clean and NEVER was I concerned about my decision. Dr. Blanco and Vianey worked diligently and were extremely thoughtful and considerate of any pain or discomfort I may have been having. I never had any pain!!! I never had any serious discomfort. They made sure of it. They were both true professionals and I can honestly say that they put my local dentist to shame in both their abilities and professionalism. BEST OF THE BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!! Thanks Dental Design Studio for an absolutely positive dental experience. Why should not give feedback to such a professional dentist. I came from London and I had different quotes from different dentists and agencies. I did not get others because they were selling me services like luxury hotels which I didn't need. This guy as a brother gave me a price for his job and was confident with his message I as a mature guy at the age of 47 can distinguish that he is confident in his work. He has done great work for me in a total of 2 journeys completing 7 crowns with 6 implants and one tooth extraction in 2 days and of course. I had a break in here to see him for a check-up in total of not more than 12 hours of work, and I have great teeth all lined up and level with matching colour of my teeth and no gap in between any teeth and no need of bone grafting as other dentist told me. I recommend him and his lovely staff to everyone and it is my pleasure to send him my friends when they need work to be done.

I needed to see a dentist and was referred to Dr Farryl Jacobson. The clinic is absolutely beautiful. It is situated right on the beach in Herzliya. Dr Jacobson is very experienced and gentle. His staff are extremely friendly. State of the art dental care. Highly recommended

The experience of crossing the border for dental work was far better than I imagined. The office was immaculate, the equipment was state of the art and the staff was bi-lingual, efficient, professional, and friendly. My treatment included a molar crown and fillings at the gum line of 4 teeth. I am completely happy with the dental treatment I received at Dental Arts.

All the staff and doctors were kind, and they did everything they could to work with my tight schedule. They made sure my new crown was a really good fit.

Dr Mario is awesome! He educates, take care of his clients, and executes flawlessly. He is a true specialist and craftsman and does phenomenal work! I just finished my work with him and I have to say he did AMAZING! He is a MASTER at what he does in dentistry! He goes above and beyond and yet takes the time to make you feel comfortable and consistently asks questions to ensure you are on the same page as him! I received 12 crowns in total, plus gum surgery, and deep cleaning with him. All of which were done flawlessly! Thanks Dr. Mario for everything!

Very good clinic. Got me in the same day I called. Very fast, did a great job on my dentures. Worked all day to make my dentures in a couple of days as I had lost mine in the ocean.

This was the absolute best dental treatment and experience I have had and stands head and shoulders above any treatment I have received in Canada in regards to the service, experience, quality of work, and cost. Not only this, but the staff were very efficient, informative, and friendly right from greeting you to getting to work within five minutes of arriving versus visiting a dentist in Canada who has you sit in the waiting room for 20 to 40 minutes before moving you to another room waiting for the dentist for another 15 to 30 minutes before starting the assembly line dental work. Neo Clinic offers you water, tea, or coffee, then within 5 to 10 minutes have you being evaluated, having x-rays taken, mapping out a plan of procedure and then explaining why they are recommending what they are doing and possible alternatives that you and the dentist can discuss. In terms of the office, it was modern and very clean, and even a large TV on the ceiling you can watch while your procedures are being done. I also felt very safe in the area of Cancun where the office is located, they even have a staff member to help you get the office or pick you up and drop you off if needed at no additional cost. The treatment I had completed was two root canals, some fillings, and a crown repair that had failed from previous work completed in Canada, to add to this the dentist explained what was going on and let me know that she would be using the best filling materials available to get a great colour match and a long-lasting result and all of this at a cost that is at least 50 to 60% less than what I would get in Canada. I was so happy with the Dentists and all the other support staff that I asked for six business cards that I will be giving to any of my friends who are in need of some dental work. I have in fact already recommended Neo Clinic to three people since returning from my visit to Neo Clinic in December 2023 and will continue to do so. I attended Astradent Podil and Kharkivske clinics for implants, crown and filling. Dr Andrij Shchutskij did a superb work for me. The implants and the crown are excellent and I can finally chew my food properly. As for the filling, it was the best filling I have ever had. I could not even tell where it is exactly anymore. He is the best dentist as far as I am concerned. Such a nice person too with a smile that keeps you calm all the time with no fear from being at the dentist! He does his best to make sure he gives his patients the best result. I am very grateful to him, needless to mention how helpful and professional Kateryna was and the rest of the staff have been at all time. I am very happy with the results and would certainly recommend Astradent.
