I went to A Plus Dental Clinic Apgujeong to get my teeth whitened. It was such a pleasant experience. Joyce, the English coordinator was very kind and sweet and she made sure I understood everything before going in. She even spoke to my taxi driver for me when I was having a hard time finding the hospital. The treatment went smoothly and every step was explained to me before it was administered, which I appreciated since we don't get a lot of that here as foreigners. They were all very gentle with the procedure, making sure I wasn't experiencing any discomfort. What I appreciated most was the checkup after leaving the hospital. That evening I got a text message from Joyce asking if I was experiencing any discomfort and she went on to suggest precautions and things to do in case I was in pain. That made me feel very well taken care of. I'm definitely moving dental clinics to this one. Thank you so much for making me feel so at home!

Crown had broken off. Was promptly and successfully reattached the morning after.

I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. The management of the clinic and all the wonderful Staff. There are no right words that could describe the satisfaction of a well-coordinated wonderful human and super professional team! Amazing service. Had an infection in my tooth whilst on holiday (from the UK) and had the best service. Was given an X ray and antibiotics, antiseptic mouthwash and painkillers. It was really reasonable and the staff spoke good English. Can’t recommend enough!

4 years and Satisfied! Dr. Hartshorne is one in a Million.The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team was outstanding. Undoubtedly the best dental-related experience I’ve ever had. From the first day I visited this office I’ve felt as though I’ve been cared for and treated in the best possible way. I had 5 Implants. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The result from my dental implants was great.. about 8 months later, one tooth seemed to be a bit lose, but he had warned me that it rarely ever happens, but if it does, feel free to come in, we'll take care of it, and he did. Also note that the office and operating rooms are incredibly clean. I also found it nice that they do everything from the consultation to the procedure at the same place. Modern Equipment in a nice facility with a doctor that knows his job was a game changer for me. The Money, was worth my Smile. Every visit was like visiting friends

My experience of using this clinic was exceptionally positive. You realise very quickly that the mindset and expertise of dentists in the Algarve are far advanced to that in the UK. I will be talking of my experience for years to come. Thank you.
