I had a great experience from the beginning, with staff being very responsive through the WhatClinic platform and addressing all my questions. At the appointment, I really appreciated the detailed explanation of everything that was done. Dr. Genilson da Silva Neto was very patient with all of my questions, which helped me to understand everything that was going on. The office was very clean and organized, and has a very convenient location for someone visiting Lisbon. I strongly recommend their services!

I was recommended in my home country to undertake an all-in-six treatment. I happened to discuss the recommendation with a friend (Thomas S) who undertook this same treatment with Smart Dental in Andalusia a few months back. I would say that I am a conservative person and that I wouldn't instinctively do dental work abroad. I must admit I was very curious by my friend's feedback. I looked a few other clinics in Benalmadena. I'm not sure why I did this. I think I was naturally attracted by fancy deals and low prices. I had calls with a few clinics and was pressured to make quick decisions, that the deals wouldn't last, that I would lose all my teeth etc.. I just started losing confidence and trust, especially as I wasn't keen on doing dental abroad. My wife inquired on my behalf to gather initial information on the procedure steps and scheduled a call with the clinic director and surgeon. I must say that I had an excellent first impression. Mrs. diana, Mrs. Carmen and Dr. Felix clearly explained all the steps in details and what to expect. I was particularly impressed by how supportive, comforting and understanding the team was.so we decided to head to Spain... I still took the opportunity in Benalmadena to shop around for other dental clinics (again..not sure why). To be honest, I wasn't that impressed with the other local clinics, but it was still good to inquire and kept an open mind. I went ahead with my appointment to Smart Dental. The clinic is modern and clean. The team was organised, welcoming and very attentive in all my appointments. What was particularly interesting is that Smart Dental was the ONLY clinic offering warranty on the surgery, whereas other clinics that I checked only provided warranty on the implants. The clinic team was very clear and transparent at the cost structure, the procedure and material used which made me feel at ease. Understanding how "too good to be true offers" was an eye opener to me and my wife. Dr Felix was extremely professional. The process was completed without any delays or complications. I cannot tell you how happy I am. The only downside I guess what I had difficulty parking and made nervous about being late for my appointments, but on the other hand parking is always challenging. I will share my pictures once I’ve completed my transition but I want to first say - I flew from the US to see doctor Paulino because his work astronomical. He is dedicated and passionate about his dentistry and his surgical skills on the face. Fanny- that’s my friend. I really felt like I worked there in the days passing of my surgery. He called daily. Has very soft temperament. His office is clean and nice. I give him, his practice, his staff a 10/10 and I will post pictures later of the work he has done for me but when I tell you I will pop out. A little is always enough to make confidence sexy again. I will translate in Spanish for most of his clients but push thru US and show him some love ❤️

I am a digital nomad from the United States, living and working in Latin America for two years. My friends had received braces from Esthetic Dent, and I went in for a consultation. I decided to get braces. For 2 years I flew to Bogota every month for an update. At the end of the process, my teeth were perfect. The total cost was around $2,000 not including traveling expenses. Olga the owner speaks English which makes the process perfect for Americans. A lot of the customers are American. The office is impeccable, the service and the results are either on-par or better than what you can get in the United States, at 500% cheaper in my case. Bogota is a very easy city to fly to from the United States, and many neighbourhoods are extremely safe. Stay around Parque 93 which is an upscale neighborhood but is cheap compared to USA living prices. And you can easily walk to the Esthetic Dent office. Download Google Translate and become good at using it. That’s all you need. If you’ve ever heard of medical tourism, it’s an extremely common and highly reputable service if you know quality companies and Esthetic Dent is one of them.

I'm a nervous patient and avoided going back to the dentist for a long time, recently had work done by Dr Don Mac Auley and just so happy with it. It was such a good experience. I felt no discomfort or pain while the work was being done and none afterwards either. I'm not as nervous about my follow up appointments/check ups now thanks to Don and the team.

I have recently completed my implants at SODC which was delayed through no fault of SODC. There are no complaints about the work carried out and it has made a big difference since they were fitted. I found the facilities and staff very good and would recommend SODC to any person thinking about this. My only slight negative was the number of visits. I was initially told 2 visits, but it was 3 visits that were required.

A chose this clinic on a friend’s recommendation and had my dermal fillers done here. I had no problems whatsoever. I’m happy with everything that was done. I’d definitely recommend them. The clinic was well managed and air-conditioned. The person administering the treatment, gave me all the facts before we began. She was very professional and knew what she was doing.
