IM Clinic is absolutely fantastic! Everyone is superb! I do have to make very special mention to Aida - she is the Admin Warrior Princess. The process is long and lots of moving pieces and Aida ensures that everything runs smoothly. When you do walk into the grounds of IM Clinic you just know how safe and secure you are. Then from beginning to end, it all just runs perfectly. It's exactly what you want from a clinic - and I walk away one very very happy lady.

Had a mole removal, sent a photo across for a quote, was booked in the following week, the doctor and staff where friendly and knowledgeable, went through all my concerns and options with possible risks. Had a follow up phone call the week after to see how I was. Excellent service, highly recommend!

From the moment I went to my consultation and met Michelle and Mr Oudit, I knew that I wanted my surgery with My Cosmetic Clinic. I felt safe and knew I could ask any questions even after my consultation and on the lead up to surgery. I felt like they listened to what I wanted and gave me options and what they thought was best for me. I went for 360 lipo, lipo under my chin and a fat transfer to buttocks. I felt so looked after when I got to the hospital. The anaesthetic team and the surgery team were so lovely and were so good at making me calm and comfortable. I have recommended to my friends. I am a tourist and found Dr Gilis while searching the internet. His staff responded immediately to my inquiry about an appointment and spoke English. The clinic is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Riga and is very easy to find. The staff is professional, efficient, and kind. Dr Gilis is great! He is knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I felt quite comfortable with him and with the staff, and knew I was in good hands the minute I entered the clinic. The charge for services was very reasonable which was a big plus in my book! I give the clinic a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10!

I came to an initial consultation with a surgeon at the clinic regarding an otoplasty revision procedure. The surgeon said that she did not have the experience required for the type of surgery that I required and recommended an alternative clinic. The surgeon's frankness and honesty are praiseworthy. The Dermatology Clinic seems to be run in a very professional manner and is highly recommended.

Professional, helpful and friendly team. My medical manager who assisted me before treatment and during whole trip was super cute and caring, helped me organizing everything I needed. My plastic surgeon was fantastic, he made me calm and not stressed. I am more than happy with my tummy result, it was my dream for many years. Finally it came true with this amazing team. I recently had my old ruptured breast implants replaced by Dr Adam in Poland. I am from the UK, I've had surgery in Poland before with a different surgeon, and also in the UK. Europe surgery, has been the best so far. I wasn't expecting perfection due to asymmetry, however my results have really surpassed my expectations, they look pretty close to perfect. I had very little pain, as the clinic were great at managing any pain overnight in the clinic (I stayed about 24hrs)and also afterwards, as they bring you back to the clinic every morning, for dressing changes and pain relief meds should you need them. I stayed in the apartments linked with the clinic, which are a 5 minute walk away. Apartments are modern and spotless and very reasonably priced. Overall, this clinic and surgeon have been fantastic. I can't fault a single thing. I plan to return next year to correct my nose, and I'm already looking forward to it.

I recently traveled to Budapest for upper eye surgery I can’t stress enough how happy I am with the results. I am from Scotland and found the surgeon was so friendly and put me at ease. They had a translator at hand, him and his wife both were lovely and talked me through the surgery. The surgeon is really good and I would recommend that people should travel for surgery as it’s not as frightening as you may think plus you get a holiday. Also I am totally happy and look younger and feel amazing so go for it if you want to feel and look younger.
