Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. Booked on a recommendation from a friend. I had breast reduction with uplift. My liason was Bahtiyar and he has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. So informative and always happy to answer any questions and put my mind at ease. His english is perfect and that has helped immensely. The transport from airport to hospital to the hotel has been very reliable and again very professional. My surgeon Dr Alicem was also very professional and put me at ease. Only 2 days post op but so far the results have been excellent. I went to Onep to do my 2nd rhinoplasty (revision), septoplasty, with upper blepharoplasty and temporal face lift endoscopic. Now that i am 1 months post op, i can say that my nose is so much better, i can breathe without any problem (it was one of my major issue, with the deviation of my septum..) AND i finally got a sexy nose, very natural ! No fake, not to upturned ! They were amazing, so kind and sympathetic with me, I didn't expect them to be so professional, and they were above all my expectations. Thank you ! I also did my temporal lifting and upper blepharoplasty, the change is insane, i look so much more awake. I highly recommend them.

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. From the minute you are picked up from the airport, the Health Direct team does an excellent job of providing excellent customer service and ensuring your comfort. They are incredibly polite. Ezgi is extremely sweet and treats us like family and friends while remaining professional. Until we got home, she made care to check on us every day. Oguz, whom we saw frequently and who is also bright, assisted us with therapies we were interested in pursuing in addition to what we had originally come for. I appreciate the excellent care we received, which piqued our interest in visiting Turkey again for both vacation and for medical purposes.

I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I have chosen to have my 2 surgeries with Ephesus Marine and have no regrets! I had a mummy makeover in 2022 and then had breast implants in 2024. I documented my experience on Instagram ‘lsplastix’. Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.

The staff here are incredible. Super polite and helpful and retain regular contact with patients to ensure that there are no problems in the weeks and months post-op. The doctors and nurses have been super informative and supportive so that I was able to undergo my procedure without any stress and when there was any delay, I was always accommodated.
