It was definitely the best choice I made, from the moment I arrived the team was waiting for me at the airport and then we went to the hotel and I liked the hotel very much. Then, the next day, we went to the dental clinic, where I did the process of cleaning and whitening the teeth, then three teeth were implanted, and I returned two months later to complete the dental implants. I did Emax for all the teeth, and the result was impressive. Throughout the treatment phase, Olivia never left us, and the coordinator Ozhan was always on time with us in all my transfers between the airport, the hotel, and the dental center. I can say that it was a wonderful experience by all standards. I really got back the smile I always dreamed of. The team is very professional and friendly indeed. The company car is clean and very spacious, I just felt comfortable in everything. The aftercare was excellent with Olivia, she is always available for the support.

Quick response for any question, no matter how nit-picky you can be. I never felt pressured to ""do more"" and spend more money. Her all-female staff made me feel comforted and safe. There's something special about the energy of a matriarch, especially in an environment like cosmetic surgery, that I appreciated greatly during my pre and post-op visits. The nurses and anesthesiologists felt like my big sisters for the day. I would recommend Milano and her team to any woman looking to improve her relationship with her body!

I got the nano steam cell facial treatment, eyebrow lift and laser because I was concerned about the redness on my face and the veins. It was definitely good value for money. This clinic is simply the best they all went above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone is so nice, friendly and welcoming. The hygiene is superb and so clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was listened to and I am more than happy with my results. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Having contemplated surgery for a really long time due to having a medical condition called thrombocytopenia, I finally decided the time was right and had a consultation with Mr Awf Quaba. From initial email enquiry, to consultation and surgery, the entire process was absolutely faultless and I was made to feel extremely reassured throughout the entire process. Due to my thrombocytopenia the procedure was far more complex than a standard mastopexy procedure as I required a platelet transfusion before and after surgery along with an overnight stay in hospital, a number of consultants and nurses were involved in this process and I honestly can’t thank them all enough. My safety and care was absolutely paramount and I felt this from everyone who was involved in my care. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome and cannot thank everyone involved enough. I had Gastric Sleeve in Allmedica. From the very beginning, when I was picked up from the airport by Oskar, until my departure, I had only good experiences. Oscar drove me to the hotel and was there if I need him throughout my stay. I had several consultations to which I was transported. All the doctors were very professional and answered all my questions promptly. On the day of the surgery, I had my last consultation with Prof. Major who, despite his young appearance, is a very experienced doctor. He was very nice and empathetic, answered all questions. The anesthesiologist was also very understanding and dispelled all my doubts. Going into the procedure, my stress level was lower. After the procedure, very nice and friendly nurses did everything to make me feel as comfortable as possible. After the surgery, when I returned to the hotel a nurse was coming to check if everything was OK. Returning home, I knew that if I needed anything, I could always contact Mrs. Weronika, which happened several times after returning to Ireland. Mrs. Weronika always responds quickly to messages and tries to help. Overall, I highly recommend Allmedica and if I or someone in my family need another medical consultation, we will only choose this clinic.

I came to an initial consultation with a surgeon at the clinic regarding an otoplasty revision procedure. The surgeon said that she did not have the experience required for the type of surgery that I required and recommended an alternative clinic. The surgeon's frankness and honesty are praiseworthy. The Dermatology Clinic seems to be run in a very professional manner and is highly recommended.

Good customer service. Easy to find for foreigners and not too expensive! I had a checkup, cavity fill with a local anesthetic, and an x-ray, all under an hour.

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.
