Am 07.12.2023, also vor exakt einer Woche, wurde bei mir ein Face-und Necklift durchgeführt. Operiert hat mich Herr Dr. Fati Algan. Die erste Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte durch Dilek, sehr aufmerksam und für alle Fragen offen. Weiter gings am Flughafen, angefangen vom Shuttle, den freundlichen Fahrern, dem wirklich sehr ansprechenden Mercure Hotel, mit tollem Frühstücksbuffet und schönen Zimmern, bis zur Ankunft in der Klinik. Hier stand mir Herr Murat Yildirim sofort zur Verfügung. Er war das Bindeglied zwischen dem super symphatischen und fachlich hervorragenden Arzt, Herr Dr. Algan. Ich konnte mich mit allen Fragen an Murat wenden, umgehend wurden diese beantwortet, so dass man sich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt hat. Auch möchte ich mich bei den lieben Krankenschwestern bedanken, rund um die Uhr wurde geschaut wie es mir geht. Heute ist mein erster Tag zuhause und ich schau schon wieder gerne in den Spiegel. Ich bin schon so gespannt auf das endgültige Ergebnis und bin so froh, dass ich mich für Vanity entschieden habe. Alles in allem, ich kann diese Klinik, mit all ihren kompetenten Mitarbeitern, dem tollen Gesamtpaket, zu 100 % empfehlen.

I contacted catchlife about no touch laser eye surgery via what’s app 3 months prior to my surgery all my questions were answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. Catchlife picked me up from the airport the driver had a sign with my name and was easy to spot. He took me to the hotel catchlife had arranged for me (sea life lounge) it was lovely. The next morning catchlife picked me up and took me to the eye clinic where I was met by my interpreter. He took me into the clinic where I underwent several tests I then met with the surgeon. We discussed my results and the surgeon himself answered all my questions, we scheduled the surgery for the next day, and I was taken back to my hotel. Surgery day came and again catchlife picked me up, and I was met by the same interpreter, the tests from the following day were repeated again which I thought was very thorough. I was prepped for surgery and was told exactly what to do. The surgery was over in a matter of minutes and I was taken to a rest room where all the aftercare was explained to me and I was given all the medication I would need while in turkey and when I got home. We scheduled another visit for 3 days time, for a final check before I flew home. The next day I was in some discomfort and struggled to open my eyes (this is normal). I contacted catchlife with my concerns, and they picked me up and took me back to the clinic where the surgeon checked me over and assured me everything was fine (no extra charge). I then had a few days to explore Antalya which is lovely and the hotel was just down the road from the beach. Friday come and again I was picked up and met by the interpreter, I had several tests done by the surgeon who gave me the all clear, and flew home the same day having been taken to the airport by catchlife. My eyesight is fantastic the near vision is like having HD vision it’s amazing, and the price I paid to not have to wear glasses is priceless. It was less than half of what I would have paid in England. I just wish I had it done sooner.

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

The best place ever! I went to Medstar hospital and had my surgery- gastric sleeve with Dr. Mesut Caynak. Everything was perfect! The staff, the hospital, Dr and of course AYT Clinic. Had 360 lipo to get rid of my love handles and gynecomastia surgery. In Canada, it would be 10k CAD just to get the surgery, nothing else. To get it done in Turkey, it was ~8500 CAD, which included the roundtrip flight, a night in the hospital, the surgery and all the medication and garments, the lymphatic massage, a week in the hotel (including breakfast), and transport to and from the airport/hospital when needed. It was all as they described. I was a little nervous travelling with so much cash, but everything went as planned. Landed, and they picked us up at the described date in a van that said "Milano Clinic" on the side and brought us to the hotel. We checked in, slept overnight, and then were brought to the hospital the next morning. The surgery went as planned (note that you'll wake up shivering intensely from the type of anaesthetic they use), and stayed overnight. I had 4 drains in and the doctor didn't come in on Sundays, so I stayed an extra night in the hospital to see the doctor Monday morning, allowing two of them to be removed. They provided clear instructions on the garments that needed to be worn, and the medication that needed to be taken, and my nurse was amazing (Aleyna). As expected, the first few nights in the hotel sucked because it was hard to sleep, and things didn't fully improve until I had the final two drains removed on my last day (out of their control, it's up to your body to heal enough before they can remove them). Aleyna was amazing and gave extra gauze, a lymphatic massage, and extra follow-up tips. She was, by far, the best person in the experience. If she's still there, treat her well! I'm still recovering ~3 weeks later, but am so far very happy with the results.

I did a few operations on to face and body in Turkey and I was not very happy with many doctors, hospitals or results! Then I came to Dr Ufuk's clinic to do a lip lift, Trinity lift and lateral brow lift. I was amazed by his work and all the details he and his staff paid to me as a patient. I recommend him and his clinic they are all amazing people and genuinely care for you. My coordinator is Derya, she is the kindest girl ever and she always tried to help me from her heart, I am so grateful to have met her. I love how the clinic and hospital were nice, the nurses in Balat Hospital are the kindest ever they are like angels. I am going to do my lower face with Dr Ufuk and I will not let any other doctor touch my face. Thank God he is young so I will go again and again when I am in my 50s, 60s, 70s, or 80s if I am still slaying.

Would like to share my experience that I had before and after my mummy makeover. I live in UK and had 4 children. Oldest 28 and youngest 5 so you can imagine what a toll my body had. With breast feeding and of course age my breast got very saggy and with complicated pregnancies I had c sections which left me with a pouch on my lower belly that no matter how much exercise I made it would never go. So I decided to look for a mummy makeover. I was lucky to be contacted after some research from Ozan an employee Dr Murat Diyarbakırlıoğlu. Ozan was a very gentle man and answered all the questions I was asking, sent me some pictures of Dr Murat’s work and had a lot of sympathy with me when I showed anxiety. He did say it’s normal to feel that way mostly being worried of doing a procedure outside of your country. He gave me all the time I needed to make a decision and was always polite and gentle. So I decided to make an appointment and go to Istanbul. I was picked up from the airport and next day met the surgeon. I needed to have a discussion with him as I wasn’t sure about my breast lift and scars but the minute I met Dr Murat I felt so much better and in good hands. Got to meet Ozan too which helped with translating. We got to like him so much as he’s such a nice young man to have around. Very polite, intelligent and gently young man. Any ways the hospital I was admitted Tema Hastanesi was a very nice hospital, latest equipment and really lovely stuff! Even the cafeteria/ restaurant of the hospital were such lovely people and when they asked who’s my doctor you could see in their faces how much Dr Murat is respected in that hospital which put me more at ease. The hospital room is like a hotel room and my hubby had a sofa chair that opens into a bed to sleep on. We had a 42 inch tv with internet on and WiFi for our cachets. They made us feel comfortable. I had my op on a Friday morning. Got out of the theatre very very cold, they covered me with a blanket and took care of me constantly. Topping me with pain medication and felt comfortable and assisted all times. At first I thought 2 days it’s not enough to leave the hospital but by Sunday I felt way better and was ready to move to the hotel. Ozan was constantly checking on me as well and Dr Murat was too. Don’t get too alarmed if you feel hot pain running through the drainage pipes it’s normal when they move inside you. I think from the whole experience that’s the most thing that annoyed me but the days pass so quick and took them out after 4 days of the surgery. Have courage to walk as the more you walk the better you get. I cannot thank enough MD Aesthetics. The whole team were very good people and felt lucky to have Dr Murat as my surgeon. The transformation of my body left me with a lot of confidence and my family and friends keeps telling me how much my body looks good and very natural. With confidence I can tell you if you’re looking for a mummy make over go for Dr Murat you’ll be in good hands. I’m hoping with my long review I put someone more at ease.

I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Derya Bingöl’s clinic! The doctor was extremely professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire experience. I felt confident in Doctor’s abilities and appreciated the way she and her staff took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Additionally, the office staff was equally caring and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being, especially post-surgery. In addition, the clinic handled all arrangements, starting with airport pick-up, hotel recommendations, booking the hospital and the operating room. What could have been very stressful, turned into a pleasant experience. I was especially impressed with how the staff handled a complication that arose after my procedure. I experienced swinging jumps in blood pressure and the staff immediately took action, taking me to see a cardiologist, and neurologist, and getting an MRI of my brain as a precautionary measure. They made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process, which took 10 days, and I was grateful for their quick thinking and exceptional care. Overall, I would highly recommend this doctor and clinic to anyone in need of high-end cosmetic surgery. The doctor performed face surgery on 3 areas and I am very pleased with the results.

I am happy with my BBL done by Doctor Mehmet Ceber. Transportation was great. Everything went fine but piece of advice when you do an operation like BBL, make sure you have someone with you to assist and help you after the operation.

I had a rhinoplasty and an eyelift I was very comfortable travelling from the UK First time having felt a bit anxious. The staff was very attentive and helpful. My nose is a lot better now and my breathing issues are fixed. Didn’t feel any pain. I was comfortable in my hotel room.

I can only say good things about Cosmetocity. From arrival at airport, transfer to hotel, hospital stay till the day we left, we were attended with professionalism and care. I must admit I was petrified especially because I planned to do it alone and knew nobody in my family stand by me travelling to another country to get a gastric sleeve. If you look at my stomach 1 month post op, you would never imagine I had a gastric sleeve. He is not only a warm-hearted doctor but also extremely professional and greatly skilled. He did a perfect procedure, especially taking into account he found an umbilical hernia that complicated the procedure, but everything went perfect. All the nurses in OZM hospital were like angels and even the cleaners were polite and friendly, not to mention how clean they keep the hospital- it was spotless! All in all, if any of you are thinking of going with Cosmetocity, don't hesitate!

From the minute you are picked up from the airport, the Health Direct team does an excellent job of providing excellent customer service and ensuring your comfort. They are incredibly polite. Ezgi is extremely sweet and treats us like family and friends while remaining professional. Until we got home, she made care to check on us every day. Oguz, whom we saw frequently and who is also bright, assisted us with therapies we were interested in pursuing in addition to what we had originally come for. I appreciate the excellent care we received, which piqued our interest in visiting Turkey again for both vacation and for medical purposes.
