I can only say good things about Cosmetocity. From arrival at airport, transfer to hotel, hospital stay till the day we left, we were attended with professionalism and care. I must admit I was petrified especially because I planned to do it alone and knew nobody in my family stand by me travelling to another country to get a gastric sleeve.

In fact, I even kept it a secret from my husband until I took the final decision of going with Cosmetocity, because I knew it would be extremely hard to convince him. Undoubtedly it is, by far, the hardest and craziest decision I have taken in my life, but I needed it. My life the past 8 years had been going downhill because of difficult personal situations, I ended up with obesity and a scared face due to the hormonal problems that resulted from my depression. I left my job as a college teacher, isolated myself and ended up hating my reflection in the mirror.

But last year, I began to get the courage to do something once and for all after leaving my last endocrinologist...I knew I could not continue like this... It was when I first contacted Nihan that I felt that Cosmetocity, contrary to other companies I had contacted, was the one.

Cihan was really caring, patient and was always there to listen and answer all my queries without feeling pressured to decide. He felt really humane and unpretentious. So I chose Cosmetocity in spite of having less reviews and less popular than other companies. I had a gut feeling they were the ones! It will be a month tomorrow since I had my gastric sleeve on 13 March 2023 and all I can say is THANK YOU !

Thank you to the professional and caring Cihan; to the happy-go-lucky and kind Mert and to the beautiful and loving Nur and Deniz. As for the doctor, I chose Burhan Mayir and the SILS method. If you look at my stomach 1 month post op, you would never imagine I had a gastric sleeve. He is not only a warm-hearted doctor but also extremely professional and greatly skilled. He did a perfect procedure, especially taking into account he found an umbilical hernia that complicated the procedure, but everything went perfect.

All the nurses in OZM hospital were like angels and even the cleaners were polite and friendly, not to mention how clean they keep the hospital- it was spotless! All in all, if any of you are thinking of going with Cosmetocity, don't hesitate!

My review of Cosmetocity, in Antalya following a tummy tuck and liposuction. I contacted Cosmetocity and within two to three hours, I received a message from Cihan on WhatsApp. I was so impressed with the quick response. I told Cihan what I intended on getting done and he asked for a photo of my stomach.

I was nervous when asked to do so but he made me feel very comfortable and was very professional. He showed complete respect for my feelings and then send me a detailed plan made for me. This included lots of information about my surgery, surgeon and hotel etc. This helped with any queries I had. And believe me I was always asking questions.

When I had decided to book my flights I send confirmations to Cihan and he provided me with when my surgery was due. He had made preparations for me to be picked up from the airport by his team.

At the airport, I was greeted by a Cosmetocity team. There was a nurse called Fatima Nur, who was very kind and caring. I was also accompanied by Cihans company partner named Mert who had a beautiful nature and was extremely caring. Another colleague was named Furkan, he always made me laugh and was a charming driver.

There are two partners in this company, Cihan and Mert. Cihan will usually be the first person who you speak as he handles all correspondence via WhatsApp.

You will meet Mert when arriving in Antalya. If Cihan cannot accompany you to your checkups Mert will always be there for you. He will drive you wherever you want and has a caring nature. He is incredibly intelligent and had years if nursing experience. If I was feeling down he would always know how to cheer me up. He would always ask me if I was okay and if I needed anything. He is so compassionate and always made me feel special.

I was impressed by the VIP transport and the kindness shown to me within a few minutes of my arrival. They took my luggage and make me feel at ease on our way to the hotel. We connected instantly and all my worries and anxieties had gone whilst I was in their company. We arrived at a beautiful hotel. I was checked in by Mert and was given a pass to my room. I was then offered food but I was too tired so went to bed.

The following day I went downstairs to have some breakfast and checked out the hotel. I have to mention the staff at the hotel work constantly to make you feel comfortable. They are always smiling and asking to top up drinks etc. The food was like the artwork it was so beautiful and delicious. I felt so pampered. I was a woman travelling alone but I felt so safe. They had incredibly tight security which helped you feel 100% relaxed.

I had two days to myself before surgery so I went for a swim and spa experience, the facilities are really good I found that there was lots to do. Later on Cihan and his team came to pick me up. I was taken to the clinic to take a blood test and a health check. Where I filled consent forms and had a covid test. Then I met my surgeon for the first time. As soon as I met him I knew I made the right choice in choosing him as my surgeon. He has this amazing mysterious aura about him.

I felt so humbled in his presence. He had a look at my stomach and back and explained what it was he was going to do. You can see his mind working, he knew exactly what he was going to do and was confident that I would be really pleased with the results. I had put my trust in him with no hesitation.

One day before my surgery Fatima Nur offered to take me shopping and a coffee. Mert picked me up from the hotel and took us to the shopping centre. This was great as I was able to build a relationship with my nurse. We shopped, gossiped and had coffee. It was not part of the plan and was very unexpected.

The team always put me first and went out of their way to make me happy. The following day I went to see the surgeon again. He did some markings on my body. He was a total perfectionist and professional.

So the big day arrived! I was told not to have breakfast and Fatima Nur Mert and Cihan picked up and took me to the hospital. I was admitted and given a gown. We waited for the surgeon and Mert Cihan and Fatima Nur made me feel comfortable and assured me everything was going to be fine. I was given a spacious hospital room with ensuite. It was very clean and smelt so fresh. The hospital staff were very welcoming and reassuring.

I vaguely remember my surgeon looking at me with a beautiful reassuring smile. The next thing I know the surgery was completed and I was back in the hospital room. Fatima Nur tried waking me up and I was asleep for about 2-3 hours. She was so kind and stayed the whole night with me. My surgery was alot bigger than expected as I had alot of body fat.

Considering the fact my tummy tuck was all across my stomach and back, I couldn't believe I had woken up with no pain. I found this so incredible. The nurses were constantly checking up on me and providing me with any medication etc that I needed.

Great attention to detail. Fantastic post-surgical care, in German NACHSORGE, which is so critical. The fact that I was accommodated in a hotel did not in the least impair. My problem was a POST-OP Hernia in the abdominal area.

We sourced a highly competent surgeon. The OP itself took only two days. The team from COSMETOCITY was always there for me, brought supplies and liaised with the medical personnel. The performances were great value and there always is full transparency. I know exactly what I pay for. Also honesty, no false promises made.
