I know two friends who got Ultracel very cheaply via Groupon, and both of them complained that it was a total waste of money because they didn’t even get poor results; they got literally no results at all. What I’ve discovered since going to Dr Rakus for the treatment is that its success depends almost entirely on the quality of the machine used. Cheaper clinics use the cheapest machines, and - surprise surprise – deliver the worst (aka non-existent) results.

This morning I visited the Toa Clinic, in a very unhappy state after having top eyelid bletharoplasty surgery, which left my eyelids sunken and hollow. Sofia put me at ease immediately in a reassuring manner and I left in a completely transformed state, very happy with a lovely new look, thanks to Sofia’s great work.

So friendly and informative! Honest with how many treatment sessions I needed, with no intention to make me pay more than required. Very detailed in telling me about aftercare and anything which May happen after the treatment. Really great experience.

Second visit. Explains everything so well. Reassures me. She knows her stuff but is not pushy at all just allows you to decide and get back to her. I think she’s first class. I will be back. Thank you.

Well, where do I start? I am at the age now, where the wrinkles are starting to creep in. I have never had any injectables like Treatment for Wrinkles or fillers, for the main reason being that I have always had a lot of sensitivities/allergies and the fear of having a reaction was something I thought was not worth risking, no matter how much I would like to be wrinkle-free. When I met Dr Raj and discussed the above, his refusal to even consider any filler gave me so much confidence as that would of just been the easy option. So Dr Raj suggested the PRF and explained how it works, with no downtime and no risk - it was a no brainer. The results are absolutely amazing, he is a magician! He really considers his patient's needs on an individual basis, which is why I would 100% recommend him. ; Thank you so so much, Dr Raj.

I was introduced to Raquel a couple of years ago.As a ‘newbie’ to procedures I had a lot of questions and fears - primarily not wanting to look plastic. I’m absolutely delighted with my ongoing results. She has this incredible skill (and such a gentle hand) at shedding years from my face but without it being at all obvious. I love my visits to Dr Julia, in a nutshell, she is awesome. Warm, bubbly, caring and most importantly, knowledgeable. She is helping me hugely. I wanted to address the signs of aging but was terrified of the frozen look. This has not been the case.
