Overall very surprised with the level of professionalism with the experience. I was put in a group chat with multiple people who I can reach out to and stay in touch with during the process. The doctor was beyond friendly and made me feel confident that he knew what he was doing with my face. The whole team was very welcoming and very prompt in responding to messages. Had my hair transplant today. Extremely professional. No, the doctors didn't speak English, but the co-ordinator was with me throughout in the very relaxed atmosphere. The job done on my head is incredibly neat. I doubt it could have been done any better in the UK, or USA, it's that good! Oh, and about those anesthetic needles. Make sure you grab hold of the chair hard. Oh my! Pain!!!. But the surgery itself was completely pain free!. In fact ya head is so numb, ya can't even feel them touching your head. Very very happy with the results, and catchlife are super there for you 100%. They take pride in their business 🤗 decent hotel too, nice breakfast and very very nice room service 😋

On 11/29/23 Dr. Mehmed Ali Korkmaz had an operation... and what can I say... Just happy... I flew to Turkey without knowing exactly what I was getting myself into. I wanted to have the silicone implant out of my breast and have it tightened. The contact with Julia was perfect from the start. No question was too much for her and she was always there for you. That was the first reason why I flew. Shuttle service, hotel, support, and hospital couldn't have been better. Dr. Korkmaz himself was simply amazing. A patient, sensitive doctor who explained everything very well without any prompting and who didn't have questions too many. I still have swelling - it hasn't even been a week yet - it's getting better every day and I'm super happy. If something comes up again, I no longer have the question of where to have it done. I would like to share my personal experiences as a foreign patient as well as my gratitude with Dr. Ufuk Askeroglu and his team. I am 26 years old, and I underwent both Bella Eyes and Trinity Lift on July 1st, 2022. Before the surgery, I had so many concerns since I was supposed to undergo the operation in a foreign country, however the doctor and his wife as well as their international patient coordinator Ali were so helpful and kind from the very beginning. First, I had a face-to-face consultation with the doctor and then my photos were taken by their professional photographer, then I waited a couple of hours in my room until I was taken into the operating room. After the operation, there were bandages on my face to prevent swelling and oedema, but I had extreme swelling and oedema, which made me feel frustrated at first!! (I was told before that the amount of swelling would change from patient to patient), I felt pain on my face for which I was given painkillers, I can say that was the worst part of the post-operation process. I was so afraid and under pain, but when I asked the doctor, I was told even the amount of pain and swelling changed, so I needed to wait. Then after a couple of days, I left the country and started to wait to see the result. I had to live with a swollen face for a week or two, I was also told that the final result will be visible no sooner than two months. Once the swelling was completely gone, I started to love my result, that’s why I decided to share the whole process with those who are interested in these two surgeries. Once again, I would like to point out that the amount of pain and swelling may vary for others, but I can say it was worth the wait and pain!! Thank you Dr.Ufuk for your expertise and amazing job!❤️
