I had been to my GP but had received very mediocre advice & as expected my nails continued to be as bad as ever. I have visited Dr Cei on a few occasions recently whereby I sat in consultation with her looking at what I was hoping to achieve. Her advice and explanation for each procedure was extremely professional whilst maintaining a friendly helpful manner. I am overjoyed with the outcome having had dermal fillers and Profhilo achieving a naturally enhanced appearance. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Cei to friends and anyone who knows me as my trust in her advice and skills are second to none.

I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.

Honestly hand in heart could not recommend this lady highly enough I have hyper mobility Ehlers Danslo which has made the last 5 years beyond difficult . My anxiety has been sky high, self esteem rock bottom and my faith in all professionals non-existent, after years of gaslighting and let downs. I contacted Elizabeth a year before treatment as I knew I needed a lift but was terrified to go ahead with anything. Her patience, knowledge and attention to detail is beyond explanation.
