I know two friends who got Ultracel very cheaply via Groupon, and both of them complained that it was a total waste of money because they didn’t even get poor results; they got literally no results at all. What I’ve discovered since going to Dr Rakus for the treatment is that its success depends almost entirely on the quality of the machine used. Cheaper clinics use the cheapest machines, and - surprise surprise – deliver the worst (aka non-existent) results.

So friendly and informative! Honest with how many treatment sessions I needed, with no intention to make me pay more than required. Very detailed in telling me about aftercare and anything which May happen after the treatment. Really great experience.

I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone. On my arrival, I noticed how clean it was the staff were very friendly and polite. The owner was very helpful and the prices were amazing and very low.

I have recently undertaken a series of aesthetic treatments with Julie at her wonderful clinic. She is just great always so thorough, professional precise and in a kind and caring way. I never feel rushed and am always relaxed because I know I can really trust Julie to do a fantastic job. My appointment was to remove the skin tag on the eyelid which was done very quickly along with a couple of others I didn't even realise were there. Also had some sun damage removed from my face and whiteheads which was a real bonus. All treatments were explained to me and carried out quickly and efficiently. I felt very comfortable and at ease in pleasant surroundings and appreciated the advice given to me on skincare. Very good value for money. Strongly recommend.

After researching local skin clinics and reading the reviews, I decided to check out Dr Berry at the Wellfield Clinic to see if indeed he did live up to those five star reviews! My first introduction to the clinic was through Georgie and what can I say about her that hasn’t already been said. She has a very engaging manner; is friendly whilst being extremely professional and proactive. I’m guessing she keeps Dr Berry on track with communication and follow-up. Her diary-management is flawless. My first visit to the Wellfield Clinic was back in 2020 to see Dr Berry for a ‘skin lesion assessment’. I had a couple of milia that were positioned very close to my eyelids. Very pleased with the outcome and went on to have more procedures performed by Dr Berry, ranging from moles removed to skin laser treatment(s) to fillers around my lip area! During the course of my visits to see Dr Berry, I asked him if he knew of any facials that would help the more ‘mature’ skin. He suggested the Dermapen and introduced me to the ‘lovely Leah’ who did a course of the Dermapen facials on my skin. I was very pleased with the outcome and I’ve now signed up for a year’s course of various facials. I’m now a regular at the Wellfield Clinic. I cannot speak more highly of the team (Dr Berry/Georgie/Leah). If you manage your expectations as to what can be achieved (I’m talking about myself now as I’m in my 60s), then you won’t be disappointed with the outcome. Dr Berry has always been honest with me with regard to what can and can’t be achieved and he has taken the time to discuss with me the various options and potential outcomes.

Saw the lovely Dr Phashant to have a 2cm lump removed. Very professional and friendly, puts you at ease straight away. Follow-up was excellent too. Turned out my lump needed further scrutiny, but now have the all-clear. Was so comfortable with him I booked myself in for anti-wrinkle treatment ....again I could not have been happier with the level of professionalism and care. I'll be back in a few months for more.

I have been going to hemel cosmetic clinic for years now. I have procedures done here and I have to say I wouldn’t go to anyone else but Kevin! He makes you feel at ease and comfortable and does an amazing job! All my lines and wrinkles have gone. I would recommend using Hemel cosmetics and have Kevin do your procedures if you want the job done properly! He’s amazing!

What a great experience having my skin tags removed by Jemma. She explained in full what would happen and it turned out to be a comfortable and pain free session to remove more than 10 tags this morning. I would recommend her clinic to anyone with skin tags and who are worried about the procedure.

Cannot speak highly enough of Shirley. She certainly knows her stuff, understands if you're embarrassed and made me feel at ease immediately. Had my nails done by Charlotte too. Very thorough and entertaining. Laughed from start to finish. I left it to her to pick the colour. I just wanted something nice for holiday. I love it.

Really pleased with the outcome following my treatment, Laura was very helpful in explaining what she would do beforehand and then she gave great information for aftercare and healing. The lesion that has bothered me aesthetically for years has gone after a very quick and painless procedure.

The appointment went smoothly, the environment is relaxing and the staff were kind and supportive.
