All I can say is I had the best experience with Sofia. On arrival, I was a bit apprehensive but there was no need to feel like that, as Sofia explained everything. It's only been 4 days since my threading but already I'm very pleased with the results thus far. The whole experience was lovely. The clinic is like a home away from home and as for Sofia to me, she is one of the nicest women I've had the pleasure of meeting and I would send any of my friends to her for treatment. All in all lovely experience from the moment I entered the clinic till I left. Thank you, Sofia. The treatment I had was neck treading.

I've been seeing Dr Benson for many years and trust her implicitly in her skills and advice on what to do but also what not to do. Her work with muscle relaxing injections for the forehead and fillers is always subtle but effective and I don't look like I've had work done but get compliments all the time. Also, HIFU and peels have produced long-term benefits. Highly recommend it as a safe pair of hands.

Having ‘never’ had any treatments before, I was a little twitchy around what to expect. I’ve lost the collagen in my skin & I’m looking a bit too old for my liking. I was tentatively looking around to see what I could do to put my smile back in the right place on my face, it has dropped a bit. The ladies at this clinic were very kind, friendly & just talked me through what they could do, what to expect & what the outcome will be. I chose a fat dissolver for my chin & upper arms. The cost was comparable with other clinics meaning I didn’t have travel costs. The clinic is local to me. Louise, the practitioner, knows her stuff. She has years of experience & again, talked me through the process. She too was kind & friendly! I cannot fault them

I had a treatment for the under eye area with Dr Raquel. She is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. She is gentle and cautious in her approach, which was especially important for me because I wanted a very natural-looking result. Dr Raquel explained every step very clearly, so I knew what to expect during and post-procedure. I am very pleased with how everything turned out. I was looking for some wrinkle treatment and chose to have it at hidden lines after hearing about them through word of mouth. I found the process very easy and was reassured by Suzanne Crawford after a consultation that I would achieve good results. The process was pain-free, numbing cream was applied first and I look forward to the results in the coming weeks. The room is very welcoming and I was made to feel very comfortable throughout my visit. I have put photos before and will apply my after pics in a few weeks.
