My first experience of the treatment I received. Wood MediSpa, South Tawton, Devon is set in beautiful grounds and a magnificent building. From the minute you arrive you are made to feel at ease. Reception staff and the nurse involved were both very friendly and welcoming. Dr Toby Nelson carried out cryotherapy. He explained in detail what would happen and checked that I understood and was happy for him to proceed. I was treated with respect and kindness throughout my visit and certainly felt it was good value. I would recommend Wood MediSpa and Dr Nelson to people.

I had thread veins on my legs which I hated the look of and wanted to do something about them as I didn't feel comfortable wearing shorts in the summer. I sought advice and booked an appointment at the clinic after reading reviews for Laserase. I am so pleased with the treatment I was advised that I could take, the results are fantastic. I chose the clinic after reading reviews and may I say the people their are first class can't help you enough and so friendly, your welcomed like an old friends. They keep you informed every step of the way, first class service. I would not hesitate to go back which I may well be doing so. They are very professional and the surrounding is great, thank you.

Due to an unforeseen traffic accident and resulting delays, I arrived flustered and too late to be seen on my first appointment. This was dealt with very sympathetically, and a new appointment arranged within a few days. The Cryopen treatment was quick and comfortable, and the results have been perfect. Thoroughly recommended, all the staff were delightful.
