I felt so confident and totally reassured by Helen. She did an absolutely wonderful job. If I had any problems I knew she would be there to help me. The whole team were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable especially been as we were in the middle of a pandemic...I always felt that every precaution was taken to keep everyone safe. Three months ago I had NeckTite and I am so pleased with my results. From the initial consultation to the procedure and then the three follow up consultations Dr Sagoo answered all my questions, talked through every step of the procedure and put me at total ease. I liked that Dr Sagoo was not pushy but very caring and listened to my concerns.
