Mandala Holistic Therapies - Massage Clinic in Ireland

Mandala Holistic Therapies

Dublin Holistic Centre, 28 South William St., Dublin 2
My interest in complementary therapies began in my teenage years as I was blessed come from a family of successful holistic practitioners and teachers and would often help out on courses, learning the techniques myself in the process. During my time in university studying Health and Society I took a number of massage courses to become a fully qualified practitioner and haven't looked back since. I have found that the integration of massage and complementary treatments into peoples busy lives is an integral and powerful tool for maintaining balance and keeping stress at bay. I have been involved in setting up healing spaces at festivals and events, and recently helped set up a beautiful treatment room in the Fumbally Stables in Dublin 8, which is used by a dynamic team of holistic practitioners. My work in this field has lead me to working with vulnerable people in the community such as those with intellectual and physical disabilities, mental health issues and addiction. I have found that the response from these clients to gentle, loving massage has been transformational to the way I work. By using intuition and a slow approach with those who are challenged with verbal or physical communication, I feel that my intuition with every client has become stronger and I have learnt to ‘listen with my hands’ to tailor treatments for each persons needs.  I completed most of my training through the London Centre of Indian Champissage and I specialise in Ayurvedic treatments which in

Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki Foot Massage is a wonderfully relaxing treatment, which helps to balance body, mind and spirit and free the flow of energy throughout the body. As in reflexology, which targets 'reflex' areas corresponding to bodily organs and systems, KV Foot Massage gives attention to massaging the marma points of the feet and legs. The seven Chakras, which can be accessed on the soles of the feet, are also worked on during the treatment. The massage continues using a small bowl made from copper, zinc, and tin, which combined are known in Ayurveda as the 'healing metal' - thought to be even more effective than gold or silver.

Sole 2 Soul Therapies - Holistic Health Clinic in Ireland

Sole 2 Soul Therapies

AnamCara, 1 Rocky road, Wicklow Town, A67 E523
My name is Orla McKeown and I am an experienced and fully qualified Holistic Therapist living and working in Wicklow Town, Co. Wicklow. Through my studies and passion for Complementary Therapies, I have experienced and learned about their great healing qualities. I believe that we all have an inner ability to help heal our body and rebalance our energy to create homeostasis (balance). Every day stresses and worry can cause our body's own natural energy flow to become unbalanced, low and out of sync. Sometimes this can lead to a depleted immune system leaving us open to illness and 'dis-ease'. When we are feeling good about ourselves and have a positive energy flowing we tend to be healthier and our body systems work at their optimum. Holistic healing through therapies such as Hypnosis, Reiki, Reflexology and Massage, work on all levels of the body, emotional, physical, mental and spiritual to bring about a holistic (whole body) approach to the healing process. Some of the conditions which can be help: stressinsomniainfertilitymigrainebackachedigestive issuescirculation problemscolicmuscular strain/injuryfibromyalgiadepressionAll treatments require an initial consultation at no extra cost. As no two people are the same no two treatments are the same. I will ensure that every treatment is entirely tailored to suit each person and their individual needs. All the therapies are easily combined with each other if required, enabling the client to avail of the best suitable treatm
