Brian was very knowledgeable and his passion and experience for Sport was evident from the start of the session. Brian’s explanation of treatment and the injury was excellent. Brian also gave me some exercises to help prevent the issue from happening again in the future. The Cottage Clinic was spotlessly clean and nothing was a problem. Brian took his time to explain everything.

Orthopaedic Massage is a style of massage influenced by Chinese Medicine. It relies on applying gentle pressure to the body in a gentle and soothing motion.
