Thai Massage from €70
Treatment is 90 mins in duration Thai massage is a system of massage and manipulation developed in Thailand, and influenced by the traditional medicine systems of India, China, and Southeast Asia, as well as by Yoga. Practice The massage recipient changes into loose, comfortable clothes and lies on a mat or firm mattress on the floor. The receiver may be positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions during the course of the massage, but deep static and rhythmic pressures form the core of the massage. The massage practitioner leans on the recipient's body using hands and usually straight forearms locked at the elbow to apply firm rhythmic pressure. The massage generally follows designated lines (Sen) in the body. Legs and feet of the giver can be used to fixate the body or limbs of the recipient. In other positions, hands fixate the body, while the feet do the massaging action.  A full Thai massage session typically lasts two hours or more, and includes rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body; this may include pulling fingers, toes, ears, cracking the knuckles, walking on the recipient's back, and manipulating the recipients body into many different positions. There is a standard procedure and rhythm to the massage, which the practitioner will adjust to fit each individual client. Benefits Most of us know that massage feels good; but therapeutic massage, such as Thai traditional massage, also provides relief to a multitude of specific health concerns. Therapeutic massage is part of an integrative care approach to many medical conditions An important element of Eastern medicine is the concept of life force or energy. In Yogic terms, it is referred to as prana, in Chinese it is called chi, and in Thai it is called loom. All are referring to the basic principle of life force ener

Deep Tissue Massage from €60
Deep Tissue Massage targets the deep tissue structure of the fascia and muscles, referred to as connective tissue. Of the many types of massage, deep tissue focuses on the release of muscle tension and chronic knots. Deep tissue massage can break up and eliminate scar tissue from previous injuries. A common problem is that stressed muscles can block nutrients and oxygen from getting to where they need to go, and this will cause inflammation that allows toxins to build up in your muscle tissue.  The inflammation and toxins contribute to pain and stress. Deep Tissue Massage breaks up and releases the built-up toxins by loosening the muscles. With the toxins released, blood and oxygen can circulate as they should through one’s body. Being properly hydrated before you go to your massage appointment and drinking plenty of water after one of these massages is highly recommended. The strokes used in deep tissue massage are similar to those used in a Swedish Massage except more pressure is used and it uses cross grain strokes (strokes that go across the gain of the muscles instead of with the grain). As with a classic Swedish massage, you will be lying on a massage table and covered with a sheet or towel. A good way to recover from a Deep Tissue Massage is by soaking in a warm bath with Epsom salt. This soaking is recommended because it will help get more of the toxins out of your body (Epsom salt draws the toxins out into the water). Your muscles need some rest after one of these massages, even if you feel no soreness. So do not plan any activities within a day of a Deep Tissue Massage. Some people think that if you just push hard enough, a knot could be worked out in one session, but this is not the case. For built-up tension and chronic knots (adhesions) deep tissue massage is just one part of the treatment.

Thai Massage from €50
Tradition Thai Massage is and ancient form of therapeutic healing. Its roots are in India where it was brought to Thailand over 2000 years ago by Ayurvedic doctors and Buddhist monks. It combines pressure, energy balancing, stretching and applied yoga exercises. Traditional Thai Foot Massage is a unique and powerful therapy. Using thumbs, hands and a wooden acupressure tool, massage is applied to the legs and feet through rubbing, kneading, stretching and vibration techniques. Pressure points are areas along the “energy lines” which are called “Sen Lines” in Thailand. By focusing on these Sen Lines, we work on Reflex or pressure points on the feet which correspond to various internal organs, through which life, energy, Prana, chi, or Ki flows. It is believed that blockages within the flow will result in pain, illness or disease. By working along the Sen Lines with pressure and by stretching the lines, blocked energy can be released and functions balanced. Tradition Thai Foot Massage can be effective in the relief of various dysfunctions and disease; but it is also a wonderful treatment to promote overall health and to provide a general sense of wellbeing, energy and revival.

Deep Tissue Massage from €60
Deep tissue massage is effective because of its technique - consisting of slower, stronger massage that stimulates deep into muscles. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons and fascia. In many cases, a deep tissue massage has replaced the classic Swedish massage in terms of frequency of use. Whereas visitors to any spa around the country may have traditionally sought out a massage that simply relaxed, now they are seeking a massage that also stimulates, conditions, and heals.

Thai Massage €85 - €105
Traditional Thai Massage is an ancient healing art which has its roots in the Indian Ayurvedic medicine system. This unique and highly relaxing massage is based on the concept of energy lines (Sen) running through the body and combines elements of acupressure, yoga, reflexology and ayurveda. The working of these Sen lines breaks blockages, stimulates the free flow of energy and helps to restore general well-being. I practise the Northern style of Traditional Thai Massage which is much gentler than the harder Southern or Bangkok style.Traditionally it is a long massage and duration ranges from two to three hours. The massage promotes the free flow of energy, gently stretches and lengthens muscles and slowly opens up tight joints - knees, ankles, wrists and especially hips and shoulders. It also stimulates the functioning of the internal organs, improves blood circulation, detoxifies and balances the hormonal and nervous systems. The massage will leave you feeling highly relaxed, rejuvenated and wonderfully stretched and loosened up.Regular Thai Massage will improve your flexibility and restore your general well-being. During the massage you lie on a mattress wearing loose clothing while I treat your whole body using a flowing sequence of applied pressure to the Sen lines and pressure points, stretches, yoga like postures and massage movements. I give the massage in a meditative mood and work with full awareness, mindfulness and concentration. I am using my bodyweight rather than strength and perform the treatment in rhythm with my breathing - the flowing sequence of movements resembling a "dance" between the giver and the receiver The massage promotes the free flow of energy, gently stretches and lengthens muscles and slowly opens up tight joints - knees, ankles, wrists and especially hips and shoulders. Indian Head Massage up to €45
Indian Head Massage is a highly relaxing massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face. It is based on the ancient system of medicine known as Ayurveda, which has been practised in India for thousands of years. What does the treatment look like? Traditionally it is performed on the seated person but if you wish the massage can also be given on the treatment couch. The duration is one hour but a shorter version of 45 minutes is also available. What are the benefits? It is a highly relaxing and energising massage which clears your mind, decongests your head and eases muscular tension in the upper back, neck, shoulders and scalp. It improves blood circulation to all these areas including the brain and also stimulates the removal of toxins. The brain receives a rich suppy of oxygen which helps to improve your memory and concentration. In India it is believed that regular Indian Head Massage helps to prevent premature baldness and greying! It is the ideal stress busting treatment for the stressed office worker and student. As a Special Treatment I highly recommed an Indian Head Massage followed by Reflexology. What conditions can it help? Indian Head Massage is very effective for: stress, upper back, neck and shoulder tension, old whiplash injuries, tension headaches, migraines, eye strain, sinus problems, hay fever, insomnia, lack of concentration, mental tiredness, exhaustion,
