This traditional four doctor family community general medical practice is located in Farnham in Surrey. Most major disease areas and routine medical services are provided at the clinic. Services include blood tests, cervical smears, X rays and ultrasound scans, asthma, blood pressure and diabetes monitoring, treatments for respiratory problems and heart conditions, maternity treatments, family planning, smoking cessation treatment and advice and minor surgical procedures.
