Steven was recommended to me in March this year when I needed a full upper denture. We had an in-depth discussion and he promised whatever my expectations I would have the best dentures possible. My main fear was I wanted to avoid a lifetime of using fixative. After several sessions finishing in June and now after a few weeks of use I am totally satisfied, they are an amazing fit. Steven is a real craftsman. It makes absolute sense to work directly with a dental technician to get the best denture possible.
I visited Backwell Dental Care on 30/11/21 to see my Hygienist Mrs Helen Harrington. As usual, the procedure to enter the Reception area was controlled and gel used. We were seated metres away from each other. The Receptionist was very professional at all times. Helen was gentle, exceptionally thorough and her usual professional and kind self. On 01/09/21 I visited Dr Patrick Kennedy and he gave his usual caring, thoughtful and professional service. His skill is second to none and I have been a client of his for many years. I have never ever received such a professional service when visiting a dental practice. My husband who is a dental phobic now happily visits this practice with no anxiety whatsoever. He visits Dr Paul Bucknell who is most professional. I can highly recommend this practice which is 5 star at least. I was recommended many years ago by a friend who had amazing teeth. I have never looked back.
I've had root canal treatment with the specialist because my regular general dentist couldn't do it. I found the staff and dentists to be very professional and caring. No pain or problems since having the treatment done last year. Informative staff, I felt cared for and all my questions were answered. Great location with easy parking.
I have attended this practice for several years. My dentist is Nadia and her nurse is Louise. Their professionalism, expertise, knowledge and friendliness dispel any concern regarding treatments such as crowns, the dreaded fillings or repairs that may be required, and all of which I have had at one time or another, alas. Nadia and Louise work as a great team at this practice.
