I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. The management of the clinic and all the wonderful Staff. There are no right words that could describe the satisfaction of a well-coordinated wonderful human and super professional team! I have just finished treatment with Dr Kolahi for cosmetic dentistry and extensive work that was necessary before the cosmetic could be done. Dr Kolahi and her team have been amazing with me throughout, being so mindful of my fear of dentistry at all times. I am delighted with the results. After dislodging an inlay, I found myself in need of a dentist while visiting a relative in Liverpool. I knew that it was important to get treatment quickly but didn't really know the area. My niece suggested Dr. Rez as a top-quality dentist who could see me as an emergency. It was late afternoon but I got myself an appointment for the next day. What a wonderful set-up. I was put at my ease from the minute that I entered the reception area not only by the empathetic front-line staff but by the comfortable and relaxing surroundings. I completed an initial questionnaire regarding previous and current health-related issues and then in the privacy of a second waiting area, a soft-spoken and understanding young lady went through them with me to make sure that Dr. Rez would be aware of any relevant data. After that, Dr. Rez introduced himself to me and we went together into the treatment room. My inlay and the tooth were cleaned and prepared before the inlay was fixed back into position. After that, the bite was checked and adjusted and everything felt 100% comfortable. Dr. Rez advised me to take care with certain foodstuffs for a few days to let the tooth settle down even though it felt really good. During the visit, everything from start to finish put me at ease and if I were resident in Liverpool, I would be registered as a patient. This is a smart up-to-date clinic that recognizes the need to fully relax the patient before any treatment is given. The actual treatment was of excellent value and is first class as is Dr. Rez.

I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. Really pleased with everything. I will be back for the advisory’s given as well. Certainly recommend this Dental practice. Thanks all David.

The dentist took no time to review me and confirmed what my other dentist diagnosed. He even slashed the amount of the consultation fee in half. That was very good of him, as he doesn't have to. A big thanks to Dr Bilal and also the secretaries, very welcoming. I will recommend this surgery

CT scan. It wasn't cheap but it was less than I expected for a CT scan. It cost £240 or around that sum but it provided a scan/picture of the whole set of teeth. The receptionist was professional, punctual and clear. The dentist who dealt with me was very nice and calm, and he explained everything at every step. He advised me very clearly on what my choices are, and if I get implants somewhere else, what details and model/number/size of the material to look for in case I develop problems later and need help. He answered all the questions I had and also spotted an infection I wasn't aware of. I would go back there because I felt he was knowledgeable but also understanding. Another great plus is having parking right in front of the clinic.

If you go here, there is a bell to ring rather than just enter the premises. Why the receptionist didn't just open the door when I was trying to get in I do not know. I went for a consultation to see what the best option was for a missing tooth. You pay before you go. The staff were friendly. The dentist is lovely putting me at ease, explaining what he was doing whilst teaching his staff at the same time. Nice manner about him. He then took the time to show me what options were available to me and how much each would cost. The clinic was state of the art, modern with the latest tech to make the job easier. The view was stunning. I would recommend the experience to others.
