Another dentist aborted a root canal and sent me away. A massive pain quickly developed so I contacted this surgery and so glad that I did. I am not a good patient but they gave me an emergency appointment, put me at my ease and extracted the molar (when Gary should have been having his lunch break). Absolutely delighted with this dentist, he handled my emergency perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble and the result excellent. I strongly recommend Gary Wu and his surgery.

Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis is a great doctor! He is extremely professional. He is very kind and polite. I’m grateful to him. Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis really strives to give the best care possible to each of his patients. Fantastic doctor! Moreover, it was very important for me that a doctor speaks Russian.

I came in with a chipped tooth on Tuesday and it was fixed by lunchtime Friday, with friendly helpful staff what more could you ask for. My tooth looks great and I highly recommend.

Paul is a really friendly and professional dentist who I would highly recommend. He even refunded half my initial fee because I wasn’t able to bite the x ray wire(nervous reflex).

I had intravenous sedation. I’m an extremely nervous patient and I knew I needed some work on my teeth so I contacted Leagrave Sedation Clinic by email explaining my fear of the dentist. I had the initial consultation and was given a date for my appointment. The anaesthetist was excellent, and put me to sleep, and when I woke, all was done and finished, with no pain at all. I certainly would recommend this dentist If you’re a nervous patient like I was! Very understanding, kind, & compassionate. 10/10.

I was so impressed with this practice. The reception was super friendly and helpful. I was in and back out efficiently and had received my X-rays (which was why I was there) by email before I left the office. The practice is modern and immaculately clean. Their prices are excellent, as well. This was a great experience!

Well here I am, 11 months into my treatment consisting of almost a full mouth of dental implants. I did months of research before I chose this practice, I knew it was a huge undertaking and commitment and I was extremely nervous. I've had easy appointments and I've had more difficult appointments but throughout my treatment I never felt any discomfort or pain. And most importantly I trusted my Doctors. The chairs that I have my treatment in are out of this world! So comfy I've even nodded off during treatment and had to be poked awake! I'm not saying it's fun but it's as good as it can get at this surgery. I will be grateful forever for the wonderful care and expertise I receive here. I'm almost finished treatment, as I write this today, my implants are about to have the first fitting tomorrow and I'm so excited. I've carefully chosen from the options available, with expert advice and after a whole year I will finally have a perfect smile again. I'm 66 now and a smoker so if I can do it, so can you! It's the best decision of my life. I'd like to say a special thank you to Doctor Aziz, who has looked after me so well, he can make you laugh through the whole process, which is a gift in itself. The prices were completely fair when the standard of treatment is considered. I've never had such professional people looking after my smile before! Thank you to everyone at Cathedral Road Dentist for an unforgettable experience! I wish I could give you 10 stars and a trophy!

I attended Highfield Dental & Facial Clinic on Tuesday 31st January 2023 for my routine visit to the hygienist and dentist. I have been a patient for many years and as always I received a first class service. The clinic was immaculate and the staff at every level was efficient, friendly and totally professional. They always make allowances for my age and check that I am comfortable. If you are looking for a dental practice in Southampton you will not find a better one than this clinic.

Everyone is really friendly & puts you at ease as soon as you walk in. They talk through everything & explain x-rays & treatment plans, & ensure you are happy with it. Not pushy at all & listen to you & what the issue is.

I went for Scaling and Polish... The experience was a lot smoother than I thought and my teeth are transformed. I will recommend it to my friend

When I was in severe tooth pain, they helped me get a quick appointment and relieve my pain during the last week of the year which was very difficult to accommodate. Nurse Heta and the doctor are very helpful and understanding, they accommodated me in between their busy schedule, even though I reached very late due to minimal availability of transportation during Christmas week. I am very grateful to them that because of them I managed to get my pain fixed and because of that, my Christmas went painless. Many thanks for efficiently and tirelessly making effort to make it for me. Thanks to both of you.

I have always feared visiting the dentist , for that reason my teeth are destroyed and I have no smile I could be proud of . Today I had an appointment to have the damaged assessed and make a plan for future treatment . I was treated with consideration and kindness , I felt at ease , the examination was extensive and painless . I had x-rays taken to see what course of action would be best taken and at the end of the examination I had a chat with the dentist and a way forward was planned . My first impressions were good , I am feeling optimistic about the work to be done . I am looking forward to getting my smile back . Now the financial aspect . Todays bill was not cheap , however it was not over expensive . Overall I am very pleased with my experience , my future treatment plan and the final amount payable on completion of my treatment .

I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. I reconnected with Fariba Younes after she stopped working in Solihull. I have found her treatment towards patients both caring and professional, always ensuring her work is of the highest quality. Because I am elderly, 80+, and diabetic, it is important to me to keep as many of my own teeth as possible, and Fariba sympathises with that philosophy. Fariba recently built up a broken tooth so as to stabilise a small denture which had lost its anchor. The embarrassment of a loose denture cannot be overstressed and this has been remedied by her expertise and dedication. A price worth paying? When faced with such a problem the cost of treatment is well worth it. After all, expertise like hers should be rewarded. I will recommend Fariba to anyone who asks me for an excellent dental surgeon for treatment from scale and polish to implants. She is the best dentist I have had in 80 years!
