Went to stoke road dental clinic, as my dentist was not what it once was. I felt so welcomed here, also a plan was worked out. With two extractions needed, then a chrome partial denture, which should be a lot better then the immediate I have got, which are not good and alignment way out due to gum shrinkage, which has left me very less confident. But the hope is on the horizon, and new partials will be less bulky and won't need to put on lots adhesive on if any and matches with my gum and lines up with the other teeth. So thank you, Vijay, for giving me back my confidence.

I’ve got immediate help to avoid being in a dangerous health condition on Saturday afternoon - basically after the opening time. Not only having sorted out my painful problem but fixing my from tooth too, which gave me back my confidence, also the freedom to be able to bite properly, to speak clearly again and to smile happily without mask too! My son was referred to The Smile Suite by our dentist in Bristol as he requires both twin block treatment and full braces. I cannot express how grateful we are to the team at Smile Suite for explaining the treatment so carefully, particularly as my son is very nervous about the work he will be having. Dr Saini spent a great deal of time walking through each aspect of treatment and answering questions. Our treatment coordinator, Sam, was incredibly kind and patient when discussing financing options and other aspects of the work involved. She has made sure we're in full communication throughout the process and shown the utmost professionalism and care when dealing with us. My Orthodontist Dr Neil Patel is quite impressive. I have had complex treatment that lasted from April 2019 to November 2021. I am delighted with the results - genius work. I must also mention how pleasant he and his dental nurses are and this went a long way in helping me cope with my treatment. I have now referred my son Michael to him who needs to have his previous orthodontist treatment with a different practice reviewed to deal with current circumstances. Many thanks Neil - you are a Shining Star. I am grateful indeed.

Brilliant, can't thank Dr Cheung enough, I'm so happy with the composite bonding, much better than I expected. All the staff are lovely and helpful, I would highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient since June 2018. I arrived very nervous and embarrassed about my teeth . I was put at ease by Nina who came highly recommended by my own dentist . My teeth were a product of the 70s dentistry and had become more jumbled over the years, causing so many gum infections that I was in danger of losing them . Nina came up with a treatment plan , she was reassuring and confident that my teeth could become untangled ! I had braces top and later bottom , teeth removed to make room for movement all the while Nina and her nursing staff were kind and concerned for my well being . I also had a very long gum which Nina also corrected for me without surgery - something i had previously been told was not possible. I was introduced to karon the amazing hygienist who kept my teeth in check with advice and guidance. All my appointments were confirmed by the lovely Sarah who was always so warm, friendly and helpful along with the lovely reception team who were brilliant at getting me appointments that fitted around my work schedule. My treatment with Nina came to an end and my teeth were perfectly straight for the first time ever and Nina had to give me exercises in how to smile - all previous photos of me I have my hand over my mouth ! I have just had composite bonding and a crown replaced by Farhad, both himself and Nina were meticulous in their work and only happy with the best possible out come for me . I cannot say how happy I am with my treatment and results. The sandford are a modern practise with the latest technology and are lovely, friendly and helpful . one of the best decisions I have ever made and money so well spent for a result I did not think possible .
