My first steps inside the reception completely changed my opinion. Every member of staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Duran is amazing, he calmed my extensive nerves and during every consultation, he asks if I feel ok with what is being done and stops whenever I need to take a break. Today I had my first check-up since "lockdown" and was very impressed with the service. Extensive measures and professionalism ere exhibited to ensure that there was minimal risk to staff or patients. I am a busy General Practitioner and despite living near Swansea feel it is a worthwhile investment of my time commuting to Penarth for dental services with the Smile Studio. Not only is the care received exemplary, but the staff all feel like friends. The personal interest in taking a genuine interest in my life goes far above and beyond what I would expect from any medical establishment and impresses me greatly. When I chipped a tooth just before I was due to fly and get married in 2019, The Smile Studio ensured that the experience was as stress-free as possible by ensuring the problem was fixed promptly and were very accommodating to my work commitments in doing so. I cannot recommend the team highly enough for their technical knowledge, professionalism and for always going above & beyond for their patients.

Amazing dental practice. Very experienced dentist, fantastic nurses and 5 stars front of house team. Can’t recommend them enough, they even have a comfort menu offering eye masks and back massage during longer treatments!
