I had an accident which resulted in the loosening of my implant bridge. Was seen almost immediately by Dr Ben and the treatment I had was fantastic. Everything is so clean and the staff are excellent. For the treatment, I had the cost was exceptionally fair. I first went to Dr Ben 13 years ago for first implants and again four years ago, so thank you again for wonderful service.

This is an excellent dental practice. All staff members are friendly and professional. Marcello Tulone always puts me at ease. Whenever I have needed to make an urgent dental appointment, I have always been offered one on the same day.

I am a nervous patient and I was put at ease from the first moment. The reception staff is very welcoming and friendly. They help you to accommodate your appointment around work commitments. I highly recommend Dr Schmidt, who is friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the procedure and plan for my needs. I felt all options were given to me to make my decision regarding having a denture and not just going after the money. Nurses are caring and supportive and I can't thank the whole team enough to make this my experiences pleasant despite the pain I was going through.

Although I am 72 years of age I am still a very nervous patient, due to having horrific treatment as a child. Mike Edwards and indeed his nurse Carolyn are absolutely amazing, they put me at ease and reassure me. Explain what they are going to do and give me time. I’ve had extractions and recently had a new denture of which I’m delighted. I cannot express my gratitude enough to them both, so if you are thinking of going to a new Dentist but are frightened PLEASE give Mike a chance to work his magic. One very very grateful patient. Friendly staff who make you feel like you are their only client. We signed up for a payment plan which is of excellent value.
