My family and I have been patients at The Dental Studio for some years now and have always been more than satisfied with the care provided, but after my last few visits to see your hygienist, Emma Fletcher, I felt I really had to say something to let you know how very impressed I have been on each occasion I have met and been treated by Emma. As a layman I found Emma's diagnoses and advice so simple to understand and extremely informative, as for the treatment itself I can only say that I am the owner of some rather old and sensitive teeth and Emma is simply the best hygienist I have ever been to, caring, thoughtful, professional whilst light of touch and, the treatment is working already!! I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Emma, and her nurses for all their help and care during my treatment. I am a nervous patient and I was put at ease from the first moment. The reception staff is very welcoming and friendly. They help you to accommodate your appointment around work commitments. I highly recommend Dr Schmidt, who is friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the procedure and plan for my needs. I felt all options were given to me to make my decision regarding having a denture and not just going after the money. Nurses are caring and supportive and I can't thank the whole team enough to make this my experiences pleasant despite the pain I was going through.

Although I am 72 years of age I am still a very nervous patient, due to having horrific treatment as a child. Mike Edwards and indeed his nurse Carolyn are absolutely amazing, they put me at ease and reassure me. Explain what they are going to do and give me time. I’ve had extractions and recently had a new denture of which I’m delighted. I cannot express my gratitude enough to them both, so if you are thinking of going to a new Dentist but are frightened PLEASE give Mike a chance to work his magic. One very very grateful patient.
