Hotel and clinic, all of my agreed appointments were on time, the hotel had a beautiful view, transferred from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic, and everything that was agreed in the plan was also implemented. No hidden costs. I met with my doctor Dr. Ahmet Göktas - he was great. I only felt pain when my mouth was anaesthetized, otherwise, everything went smoothly without any pain. At Papatya Dental Hospital all the staff were very friendly and professional. As promised, the PR employee Funda never left my side during all phases of my treatment, which was a great relief for me. I had many treatments: tooth extractions and implant placement at the same time, everything went according to plan without any complications. I had before and after x-rays and photos taken. My treatment is not yet complete as I have to return in a few months to finish my dental implants. I highly recommend Papatya Dental Hospital. I started my clear aligners treatment here in March. Prior to travelling there, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great prices as well. During my stay there for my initial appointments, the treatment at the clinic and outside the appointment times (if I had any concerns or needed help), Dr Ali Bahadr, Miss Ezgi and the staff were kind and had great quality of customer service and advice. I am back in the UK but still going through the clear aligner treatment and will be returning to this clinic near the end of the year to finish the treatment, get some teeth removal and get my fixed as well as removable retainers. I will update the review at that time.

MedAssist made me feel at home! I was surprised how they were with me throughout the procedure. I had a Lasik eye surgery and I am so happy with my result. I no longer use eyeglasses and my vision is perfect. MedAssist answered each and every one of my questions before I arrived, helped me out too and from my hotel and provided the best care. They also planned our trip to Istanbul and even made restaurant reservations! They have access to the best doctors and best treatment centres and they provide good assistance services.

I want to thank all as clinic Turkey workers they’re all a perfect team. I was worried as I came alone but I find that Dr takes the time to explain all the procedures. He explains all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. Her staff is also extremely helpful. Dr has a great attitude and they work very well. I had 10 zirconium crowns and think this clinic deserves 5 stars.
