So I came to clinic prime with my partner as he was getting crowns for his teeth. I also wanted to get some aesthetic treatments. I was anxious prior as we got so many quotes from separate clinics. I am so happy we chose clinic prime! The customer service was above and beyond. The location is beautiful. Ali and the team are so kind and lovely. Alongside all this the treatment my partner got is amazing and he can finally smile again. He was in zero pain and is very pleased. For the treatments I got, I am very pleased and satisfied. This review is long overdue. What can I say except Dr Osman and his team are truly amazing. I flew to Antalya in August 2019 to begin my treatment. I was met at the airport by a lovely driver and taken to my hotel. On the Monday, I was collected from the hotel by the driver and taken to the clinic. I was really impressed on my arrival as every inch of the clinic was spotless. My treatment has been first-class since day one as I have been a patient at the clinic for 4 Years! I even visited the clinic to have my permanent teeth fitted once the Covid 19 restrictions were lifted as I’d been wearing my temporary teeth for nearly 18 months. What can I say Dr Osman is an amazing restorative dentist and in my opinion the best in his field. I have an imperfect amazing smile thanks to him my smile is so natural. Dr Osman is amazing and constructed for me a natural white set of teeth which I absolutely love. My treatment consisted of 11 implants a sinus lift and bone grafting. I have also had injections in both my cheeks to relax the muscles in my jaws as on further examination at the clinic it was found that I grind my teeth. The whole experience for me at the Umut Dental clinic has been amazing any concerns or problems I encountered have been resolved swiftly and I can honestly say I would do it all again. The pain I felt during the implantation of my implants was managed well and I would like to once again personally thank everyone at the Umut Clinic for all for their professionalism and expertise. Hopefully, I’ll see you all later in 2024 for a check up. Volkan was always communicative via WhatsApp and allayed my fears as to getting an implant done. On the day of the procedure everything was explained and the implant provider (astra) was also on hand as support. As of a week later my implant has settled in and am looking forward to getting the permanent tooth in 4 months time. Thank you!

My experience good as I am terrified of dentists. They pick you up at the airport in style pick you up and dropped of for every appointment. The hotel was lovely Turkey is very cheap to eat and drink. Lovely shopping malls and I have left with perfect teeth. Can't thank them enough. I had root canal, 2 bridges and 20 odd crowns I can definitely smile now.

There was 6 of us 5 of who went for normal clean and one deep clean. When I enquired the response was clear and quick. Booking was straightforward. When we got to Antalya they were able to arrange transfer for me. Totally recommend. (Went from UK)

The location of the clinic is one of the most prestigious areas in Istanbul, and transportation is quite convenient. Additionally, the clinic's staff are highly communicative and friendly, which makes everything easy and efficient.

I have nothing but the highest praise for this company and all its people. Their knowledge, skill, attention to detail and communication are all first-rate. I began my research into implants in Antalya with a sort of form email enquiry to several clinics. Orthodent's reply impressed me the most, particularly with regard to my reference to a medical condition. They were clearly prepared to talk themselves out of a job by advising against any surgery if I could not meet certain conditions. After getting current information from my doctor here in UK they (and I) were happy to proceed. So I flew out to Antalya to meet them. I was immediately impressed by the spotless, modern premises and courteous and helpful staff. Then I spent more than an hour with both Doctors Cakin, who arranged for Panoramic X-rays and discussed the findings and their advice in clear terms, without the slightest hint of a 'hard sell'. They advised a full All on 6 for the lower jaw, but thought that this would be too risky for the very thin bones in parts of of my upper jaw, and advised me to go for All on 4 there. They began work immediately on the upper jaw, followed 2 days later by the lower. At various stages I thought I could detect a lot of extra time being spent to make sure the tiniest details of the work were being done absolutely precisely. Obviously, a procedure like this isn't 100% pain-free, but it's fair to say that it was very nearly so, with the help of some very effective painkillers. (For anyone having such extensive work, I can heartily recommend a diet of scrambled eggs for breakfast and lentil soup for lunch and dinner.) Once the implants were in my jaws, work began to manufacture and install the temporary crowns. Again, the work was painstakingly precise, and now, 2 weeks later, entirely satisfactory. I was called back for a review after a few days, and again just before I left Antalya, with both doctors present, when they were clearly prepared to spend all the time that was necessary to ensure the work was progressing well (it was), the pain was manageable (I cut the painkillers down to 1 a day by about Day 5, and stopped them altogether by Day 8) and that I understood everything I needed to know about probable progress and oral hygiene and so on (let's hope so). I am due back for the final crowns in perhaps 4 months, though if things continue to go so well I may defer my return to a rather cooler season of the year. I will not have the slightest hesitation about returning to Orthodent. I highly recommend them to anyone reading this, as I already have to the surprising number of relatives and friends and slight acquaintances who have enquired about my experience. The doctor who did my treatment is highly qualified and experienced. She did surgery and cleaned my teeth. I need to come again for 2nd treatment in a few months' time. Cost can be 25% higher than the estimated cost due to the tax and other administrative cost.

I had to make two trips. I had crowns and implants. Overall the experience was good and I am very happy with the results.

I found the dentist online and all communication was done via whatsapp. Very good communication and a very friendly coordinator. From start to finish they guided me through the process of getting me a Hollywood smile that I always wanted. From the start, communication, the cost, transfers, hotel was all planned by the coordinator was made simple and all went smoothly and always greeted with professional advice and happy smiles. The dentist herself and her team were the best always making sure you was comfortable and at ease on all stages of the work undertaken, making sure you was happy with each stage of the procedure from start to finish. I was so happy with the shape and colour of my new teeth and recommended many of my friends to come and have their teeth done by this company The dentist and team and great coordinator who made me a great smile. I now smile lots more and love showing off my new teeth and get many many people to say I have the most amazing teeth and I have to tell them they are not mine but had them done by this amazing team.

Where do I start? From the beginning until the end it was a smooth and wonderful service I had. I’ve been there twice now and I had good treatment done by most of the doctors and all I can say is I don’t regret my money at all it was a good investment so well done Dr Omer and your team. I even dragged my whole family along to get their treatment and all of them left the clinic on a happy note. I did have a little issue and after speaking to Tehmeena she’s happily managed to find a solution for it. The only advice I can potentially give is for the staff esp the dental ones to be more conversant in English if it wasn’t for Kenan and Tehmeena as well Dr Omer it can become a little challenging but overall I will definitely recommend the clinic services as it’s worth it.
