During my treatment, after neglecting my dental health for years. Dr.Sabri and the team provided me with a thorough check-up and have helped me to get my dental health back on track. The team uses state of the art technology that provides a comprehensive view of your dental health. I completed teeth straightening and I have to say… I’m smiling a lot bigger these days! Prior to making decision to have my dental work done at the Clinic Prime we have interviewed number of doctors and their team, the decision was not an easy one. Number of factors had to be considered, such as security, professional ability of the doctors and their team, language barrier and the list can continue, but decision was made and here we were in Istanbul at the Clinic Prime. We were picked up at the airport and met with the team that same day. The clinic is beautiful, staff is welcoming and highly professional and there was not really a language barrier. Technology, doctors, surgeons were way above our expectations and to get that type of rating from me it’s almost impossible. Well on the second day after I arrived procedure was completed with no pain, no infections and no complications-teeth extraction, bone grafting and 9 implants, incredible team. We are coming back in November to finish the procedure since there is a healing time, but this time around my daughter and my husband will have their dental work done as well, so there will be Part II of the review as my dental journey continues.

We have all our dental treatments done as a family at this clinic. There is a great interest. I was being extremely sensitive about my child's dental treatments. I have 2 children and we needed a good pedodontist for both of my children. He had a few problems with his baby teeth. I came to Istanbul Dental Academy and they took very good care and offered a very good treatment. I was very pleased with the service provided and I had my own implant and zirconium crown treatments done in this clinic. The surgeon's hand is also amazing. I definitely recommend it. I have just returned home having had laser eye surgery through Sam Patient Services. I had initially thought I would have it done in the UK but I was quoted £4,500 so I decided to research going to Turkey - I have previously been to Izmir but via a different company. Having done my research I decided to contact Sam patient services where my coordinator (Murat)asked for information about my eyesight, general health questions etc and I sent them an eye report from the opticians so that the surgeon could review all the information to see if I was suitable. I was also advised that there were several options for laser eye surgery (all explained individually along with the prices and what was included I.e. accommodation, breakfast etc) and that this could be discussed with the surgeon as to which would be more suitable for me. The surgeon confirmed that I was suitable and I would be able to have the procedure in around 3 weeks time! I then paid a small deposit to secure my booking but the remaining balance would need to be pain in sterling on arrival - this is common practice in Turkey. On arrival to Izmir I was collected from the airport via VIP taxi service who took me to the hotel - the Ramada Encore. The hotel was lovely and I had a sea view room on the 17th floor. After a short time my coordinator arrived to take payment and explained we would then go to the eye hospital (only 5 minutes away). I had several tests at the eye hospital and everything was explained to me at all stages in the process. The English spoken was very good. I was then introduced to the eye surgeon who explained more about the procedures and I decided to have the ‘Smile’ surgery. I was told I was able to have the surgery in around an hours time! I was transferred with another representative from Sam (everyone I met from Sam spoke excellent English and were lovely!) via hospital minibus to the central location to have the surgery. I was gowned up and given some eye drops and pain relief before the surgery. There was no pain during the surgery and the surgeon spoke to me (again in very good English!) throughout the procedure which was very quick. Afterwards it was explained to me about taking my eye drops and medication and I was given protective glasses to wear and potential side effects. My eyes were a bit blurry afterwards and I just wanted to close them - it had been a long day so I made sure I had all the medication and went to sleep! I was booked in for a check up the next morning where I met the surgeon again who confirmed everything was a success and confirmed my eyes would continue to improve over the next 3 months. I could see so much better already! I was also given information on the procedure to take home with me along with further medication. The next day I did a tour to Ephesus which Sam patient services arranged and would recommend. The following day I returned home! It’s amazing the difference it has made already - my issue was distance and astigmatism. I would whole heartedly recommend Sam Patient Services and would contact them again if I wanted any further procedures. I felt reassured the whole time and anytime I needed to speak to my coordinator they were really responsive to my questions. I have not been paid for this review but believe that when good service is received it should be recognised.

Full mouth implants Wow!! What an experience! I have never been happy with my teeth, even as a boy. Looking back on old photographs, I found it sad that I wasn't smiling in any of them. My daughter is getting married this week and I decided to look to Turkey to try to give me the work I needed to be able to smile confidently at my daughters wedding. From my first enquiry, I was made to feel so special and that I was going to be looked after. I was eased through the process with care and total understanding. I wanted something done quickly and this request was met with total ease. I accepted the quote for the treatment and the rest is history. I was met from the airport in a limousine, taken to a wonderful hotel, where I was served room service at 01.30. The next morning I was met at the hotel and taken to the clinic, which happened to be a 20 second walk from the hotel. The clinic looked like the surgery on the Starship Enterprise! State of the art. After signing paperwork, I was escorted up for my treatment. After discussing the results of my X-rays with the dentist, I asked if I could change our agreed treatment plan and go for total extraction and full implants. This request was re worked, a new plan agreed almost instantly and it required me to stay an extra day. I re booked my return flight and the treatment started. I was in the chair for nearly nine hours and I can honestly say, it was a fantastic experience. I hate dentistry and everything that goes with it, hence needing thos treatment! But it was completely painless and I found myself, enjoying the treatment and marvelling at what was going in! The staff were amazing and I never had less than 4 people around me comforting me, putting me at my ease and just making the whole experience special. I was prepared for pain, swelling, and being uncomfortable, but thought it a price worth paying for the results I wanted. Well none of that happened. It was pain free, even after the local anesthetic wore off. I slept like a baby after the first day and awoke the next morning, with no pain, and my swelling had gone down. I was there 4 nights and kept waiting for the pain, but it didn't happen! If I didn't know better, I would say it was witchcraft? My temporary implants were fitted on my last day and it felt like I was born with them. I could speak properly instantly and after a couple of days, eating felt normal. It was a wonderful experience, the staff were amazing and I was treated like a celebrity. That is something that should happen in the UK, but sadly doesn't. I can not recommend this treatment by these wonderful people highly enough. It almost felt like a religious experience to me. I can't wait to go back in 6 months time for my permanent implants. I can't stop smiling and I love it.

I needed a full-mouth restoration and the treatment I have received has been nothing but amazing. The clinic is first class and the staff make you feel very relaxed and talk you through the process of what they will be doing. My partner also had a full set of crowns and is over the moon with the results. I can't thank them enough for making me smile again with confidence.

Everything were well organised including the transport. Batuhan was my international patient coordinator and he is very kind and caring. While I was staying at the hotel, he would come nearly every day and made sure I was doing alright. There were 2 lovely ladies (I am sorry I forgot their names) interpreted for me and accompanied me in and out all the hospital appointments. On the day of the surgery, both of them stayed with me all day until I woke up from the surgery. I really do appreciated them. My plastic surgeon is very informative and approachable. I am happy with the result.

I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. All the staff are extremely friendly and I was treated like a VIP. I can highly recommend the clinic. They are so professional and experts in their treatments.

I have had 22 dental zirconium veneers at Dr Cinik's Istanbul branch. Everyone says that my smile has changed a lot. I am very pleased with the results, I'll travel back to Turkey to undergo a hair transplant at their hospital. Many thanks to my dentist and the entire medical staff.

Amazing From start to finish. As someone who was super nervous, we arrived at a VIP welcome at the airport. We were taken to a lovely hotel, where again we were made to feel very welcome. The next day was my first visit to A Dent clinic. Super clean, very hi-tech and was welcomed like we were family. After 2d, and 3d scans and X-rays. We (myself, 2 dentists, a dental surgeon and honour) what my plan would be. After deciding what I wanted (zero pressure from the staff.. purely support and understanding) I was in the chair. I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing. I had 3 bone grafts, 2 sinus lifts teeth removed (due to bone decapitation) teeth prepared for veneers and 7 implants. Whilst all this sounds brutal, hand on heart I was so well numbed and taken care of it was no worse than having 1 tooth out! I was taken back (VIP transport) to the hotel after my treatment. I expected to feel bad but it never happened!! Myself and my brother (who accompanied me) went out to explore Antalya the same night! After a couple of days of rest, I was back in the chair for my permanent veneers to be put in place and OMG! They are beautiful! I opted for a natural look and colour and I wasn't disappointed at all! Stunning stunning stunning!!! Couldn't be happier. I'm back in 12 weeks after my implants have healed to have my top jaw teeth placed and I can't wait! Honor is an absolute legend in every single way as are ALL the staff at this clinic. If I could give 10 stars I would! You won't regret choosing this place! I'll see you all in 12 weeks!
