I had a hair transplant done from EsteCapelli in January this year. I am extremely happy with the results. It's way better than what I expected, the only regret I feel is why I didn’t do it before. Turkey was always my first option, but shortlisting from multiple options within Turkey was not easy initially. The reason why I started with EsteCapelli initially was because of the way James provided the initial estimate, while all the other clinics provided generic estimates. EsteCapelli was the cheapest among all. James was completely transparent and always set realistic expectations right from day 1. The hospitality was incredible, luxury commute from airport to hotel and hotel to hospital. Driver was always before time. The hotel was extremely comforting with excellent breakfast. The clinic experience was the best, the entire process was explained in the beginning and the doctors and nurses managed the process calmly.

I had full mouth restoration treatment at Smyrna. My first visit in April last year was to have 5 implants placed. Then on my second visit once the implants had settled I had my crowns fitted. The dentistry is second to none. Everything was pain free. I even had 2 root canals that were painless. The clinic is very contemporary and the technology used is highly advanced. The team of dentists, implantologists, and technicians are all very friendly and welcoming. I was put at ease from the minute I arrived. I have recommended Smyrna dental clinic to all my friends. I spent quite a while researching for the best dental reconstruction available throughout Europe. Eventually finding Dr Odeman and his clinic in Antalya. I needed extensive reconstruction, extractions, a rouge root which required surgery and of course a beautiful smile to top it off. Dr Odeman, Medine and the team were delightful and very professional from start to finish. The techniques employed are state of the art and except for a slight discomfort from upper front injections everything was painless. Having lived with my reconstruction for several months now I am incredibly pleased with the results. I am able to eat anything I like now including steaks to apples. They take a little more looking after and regular cleaning after meals. But; I can eat and smile all day long now. Thank you. NB. My wife is also having her teeth done here now as a result.

I was in Antalya for 2 weeks on holiday and during my stay, I wanted to get some treatment done on my teeth. This included an implant for one missing tooth, a crown, some fillings, whitening, and fixing a chipped front tooth. This dental practice came highly recommended by friends and family. For the initial consultation, the impression was that this was a very professional and clean environment. The staff (in particular Mine) were very friendly and the surgery was very clean and professionally presented to a high standard. I had my family with me and they were very accommodating of having them with me. In fact, they did a check-up on one of my children, too. They had the opportunity to make additional business by offering further treatment for my child, but they concluded that treatment was not necessary. For my treatment, they explained clearly the options and made recommendations. It was clear that the recommendations were not based on what makes the most money for them, but what was best for me as the patient. Hence, I felt very comfortable that they place the welfare of the patient first and not just trying to make as much money as possible. Some of the treatment, for example the implant, I decided against because it was a multi-stage process that would have required me to fly back to Antalya later for the next step. However, they gave me all the facts and options in order for me to make an informed decision on this. My husband is a scientist and he was able to discuss details with them and he was also impressed with their knowledge and expertise. When it came to booking the appointments for the treatment, they were very accommodating of the fact that we were here primarily on holiday for only 2 weeks. They worked hard to work with getting appointments that worked with us. During the treatment, the dentist (Tugce) was again very friendly and she made me relaxed and comfortable. She explained everything that I was going to experience upfront so that I knew what to expect. There was no sense of rushing the treatment for a volume business the way I experienced it in the UK. She took her time to make sure she did a good job. The equipment was very high tech and they made sure everything was clean. There was no pain or discomfort during the procedures. After the treatment, they insisted on bringing us back again for follow-up checks (at no additional cost) to ensure there were no problems even for trivial elements of the treatment. And there were no problems. My husband was with me and he was so impressed he decided to have some treatment done for himself, too. In total, I visited the clinic 5 times (1 consultation, 2 treatments, 2 post checkups). Each time they provided a wondeful driver who picked us up from our hotel and then dropped us off again. I am extremely happy with this clinic and I would highly recommend to anyone to choose this clinic with confidence. Wonderful people. Excellent service. Excellent equipment and surgery. Excellent knowledge and expertise. I will certainly go back there in the future.

The dentist and her staff were very professional and I had a very pleasant experience there. The supporting staff such as the receptionist, driver, etc were also very hospitable. It was overall a great experience. Very nice, clean, professional.

I highly recommend Aurea Health Group. I contacted them about a very personal health problem which was causing me a lot of distress and they were so reassuring and positive. I was able to fly out to Turkey and have the operation I needed very soon after an online consultation. Rabia in particular was very supportive and has excellent communication skills. She put me at ease throughout the whole process from the initial enquiry to being discharged from hospital and then leaving the city. Both of my surgeons were very professional and diligent and I felt that they took pride in their work. The hospital was extremely clean with a huge room which felt very peaceful and comfortable. My operation has been a total success and a recent blood test back home in the U.K has confirmed that the health problems I had before the operation have now been resolved, thanks to Aurea healthcare.
