I’ve been with Deansgate dentist for over three years now and I can’t say enough how amazing this practice is. They do the work to a great standard the surgery is always clean quiet and welcoming. Sheila the receptionist is an absolute asset to the team very efficient with patient appointment management and reminders, she put everyone at ease instantly. All the hygienists are just as efficient and very gentle. My dentist is Charles and I honestly love his work, he has managed to save a few of my teeth when I thought they would be lost. Highly recommend all my family go here they are incredible with my children as young as three! My daughter who’s 5 loves her 6mth dentists check ups!

I am pleasantly surprised by the clinic, cleanliness, and professional approach to the patient. As well as the attention to the smallest detail that the doctors put into the care and approach to the patient is really at a high level. I'm absolutely delighted with the treatment. I had a full mouth makeover, which was anything but straightforward for the dental team. As I had old implants which had to be recrowned, I also got two new implants and all my teeth crowned. I had visited two other clinics in Budapest one of which is very popular with Irish people. However, I was not impressed with the clinic or the staff. I asked the staff at the hotel I was staying at where the best dental clinic in Budapest is and they referred me to the Perfect Smile Clinic. I got an appointment the following day, I was very nervous as I hadn't been to a dentist in some years. However, the staff made me feel very welcome and at ease. The clinic itself is state of the art and keep in pristine condition. The first appointment I had a number of x-rays done, given a detailed account of the dental treatment I needed and the cost. I must add it was cheaper than one of the more popular dental clinics for the Irish. I feel my treatment was very reasonable and more importantly, fabulous dental and cosmetic work was carried out. A special thanks to Dr Balsai and his team for my perfect smile.

I visited this dental practice 2 weeks ago to undergo quite a bit of dental work after originally forwarding on Panoramic x-rays of my teeth to the dentist so that he could give me a price in advance of my visit. I found Dr Petar very friendly and accommodating and although the dental work, on the whole, was pain free, I still found that after receiving repeat anaesthesia injections in my gums, every day, for a period of 6 days (18 hours in total in the dental chair) a little sore and uncomfortable, in fact, the inside of my mouth is still a little bruised. The only complaint I would have to make, and is why I have not awarded 5 Stars, was that after agreeing a total fee with Dr Petar before I visited Bulgaria, I was charged an additional 470 Levs because he informed me that he wasn't aware that I would need so much anesthesia to combat the pain before he could proceed with the work, which I found rather surprising considering It was agreed in advance that I would be having 6 Root Canal Procedures, the fitting of 6 posts and Crown's, along with a deep intense clean, and teeth whitening procedures, all of these procedures tend to be painful when you have sensitive gums, and I did inform Dr Petar before I visited that I wanted anaesthesia for the deep intense clean in view of sensitivity. But on the whole, I am happy and I would, and am planning on visiting him again in 2020 for some dental work on the bottom of my mouth, so I would recommend this practice.

The dentist and staff very patient and caring. They took the time listening to my concerns. I had two root canal treatments and they were painless. Best dental practice in London!
