September 2022 Happy smile!! A friend of mine had dental implant work done in Turkey. I always admire her smile, and how amazing it looks and is professionally done. Always dreamt of having a Hollywood smile as I was unhappy with the colour of my teeth and decay which cause me to lose a few through extraction. I like to see things for myself and ask questions about other people's experiences. As each journey differs. My friend told me they provide hotel accommodations, pick me up from the airport to the hotel and each time I am going to the clinics for consultations and treatments. With the reassurance of my friend and seeing the actual dental work, she had done. That was what gave me the drive to have mine done. As I was apprehensive about getting dental treatment done, due to hearing so many sad stories which people experience. Anyway, I decided to go ahead and get in touch with the company. I spoke to a gentleman with eloquent communication who submitted photos of what I would like to be done and he also sends me all the necessary information I would need, for example, a video explaining how and where I would be picked, the hotel reservation all the contact of the people involved beforehand. I showed it to my friend and she said they will deliver just as they say it. Upon arrival at Novusklinik clinic, I was greeted by a team of very warm, welcoming friendly, happy and smiling faces. I was introduced to Dr Sencan and Dr Tiryaki who go beyond the call of duty to make sure I understand what should be the best to do with my teeth and mouth so that I do not have future health risks, the time and effort were given to me explaining the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. I agreed with the advice given to me by the dentist to do all on 4 implants and zirconium crowns which is a two-part process. I am very scared of dentists, especially hearing the sound of the instruments and the pain and discomfort. I was so impressed by the gentle touch of the dentist's hands and reassuring nature. During my visits, I observed that their infection control is of paramount importance and I am very keen on that aspect which I admired most. Also, the place is immaculately clean with breaths of fresh air, relaxation and amazing decor thanks to a phenomenal team that showed professionalism, experience, knowledge and attention to detail. The personal (PA) assistant and front desk staff show consideration, caring, extremely helpful, warm and friendly, hospitality and work well together from the start to finish.Thanks again to the doctors/dentists for the great experience and quality dental restoration on my teeth to boost my smile, and self-confidence and give me a whole new look for the future. I can say I have no regrets. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs an experienced dentist who can change your health and well-being, giving you that smile you always wanted. Also good value for the money. Kudos!!

I have just returned home having had laser eye surgery through Sam Patient Services. I had initially thought I would have it done in the UK but I was quoted £4,500 so I decided to research going to Turkey - I have previously been to Izmir but via a different company. Having done my research I decided to contact Sam patient services where my coordinator (Murat)asked for information about my eyesight, general health questions etc and I sent them an eye report from the opticians so that the surgeon could review all the information to see if I was suitable. I was also advised that there were several options for laser eye surgery (all explained individually along with the prices and what was included I.e. accommodation, breakfast etc) and that this could be discussed with the surgeon as to which would be more suitable for me. The surgeon confirmed that I was suitable and I would be able to have the procedure in around 3 weeks time! I then paid a small deposit to secure my booking but the remaining balance would need to be pain in sterling on arrival - this is common practice in Turkey. On arrival to Izmir I was collected from the airport via VIP taxi service who took me to the hotel - the Ramada Encore. The hotel was lovely and I had a sea view room on the 17th floor. After a short time my coordinator arrived to take payment and explained we would then go to the eye hospital (only 5 minutes away). I had several tests at the eye hospital and everything was explained to me at all stages in the process. The English spoken was very good. I was then introduced to the eye surgeon who explained more about the procedures and I decided to have the ‘Smile’ surgery. I was told I was able to have the surgery in around an hours time! I was transferred with another representative from Sam (everyone I met from Sam spoke excellent English and were lovely!) via hospital minibus to the central location to have the surgery. I was gowned up and given some eye drops and pain relief before the surgery. There was no pain during the surgery and the surgeon spoke to me (again in very good English!) throughout the procedure which was very quick. Afterwards it was explained to me about taking my eye drops and medication and I was given protective glasses to wear and potential side effects. My eyes were a bit blurry afterwards and I just wanted to close them - it had been a long day so I made sure I had all the medication and went to sleep! I was booked in for a check up the next morning where I met the surgeon again who confirmed everything was a success and confirmed my eyes would continue to improve over the next 3 months. I could see so much better already! I was also given information on the procedure to take home with me along with further medication. The next day I did a tour to Ephesus which Sam patient services arranged and would recommend. The following day I returned home! It’s amazing the difference it has made already - my issue was distance and astigmatism. I would whole heartedly recommend Sam Patient Services and would contact them again if I wanted any further procedures. I felt reassured the whole time and anytime I needed to speak to my coordinator they were really responsive to my questions. I have not been paid for this review but believe that when good service is received it should be recognised.

Amazing experience!! Thank you Doctor ❤️ I am 23 and travelling alone from Canada and I was so nervous to go abroad for my rhinoplasty. The staff reassured me from the start. They made sure I was taken care of from the beginning to the end. Even though my first flight got delayed, the driver came to get me very late and was amazing. Despite the language barrier, it was so easy to communicate with everyone at the hotel, hospital and airport. The day after the surgery, I stayed in the hospital for a night which really helped me. Being alone made me really nervous about everything but the week following at the hotel, their team was absolutely amazing and responded to all my messages and concerns really fast. Taking my cast off was an amazing experience and I am really happy with my nose despite still having my whole face and nose swollen from the procedure. They were all so kind and reassuring and also spoke my first language French which made me feel even more at home! Thanks to Aaron Peter and Antalya dental company I was diverted to Izmir dentist Cadde dental. Job they did is fantastic, visit the clinic twice, first they put in the implants and fix the front teeth, and the second time just finished. The result is stunning, I have 28 crowns,6 dental implants, bridges over them, a perfect smile, very happy, the staff is friendly very professional, every penny worth. l have paid hotel for treatment time and airport transfers,so for my understanding that is the best deal in the market so far. I arrived on the 9th November 23. From start to finish today, the 15th, the service and help has been outstanding. The surgeon has been in touch every day, and have seen me to check the progress of the healing of my gums. I've had my bottom teeth removed, 6 implants bolted to my jaw and temporary teeth fitted. Throughout there has been no pain, just a little discomfort which I expected. When I return in 3 months for the fitting of the final teeth I am sure their service will be just as good. It has also helped having an English member of staff to help with the dentist's translations. Also, they don't ask for the full price upfront, just about 60% of the £2800 fee. (not lira!) If you are concerned about travelling to Turkey to have your teeth fixed, don't be. Just make sure you come to Dent Medica in Bodrum. Definitely worth 11 out of 10!
